The battles this week have zapped all your energy and worn you down. Take time to replenish your mind, body and spirit. Sleep in this weekend, find an adventure to go on and get away from the stress and anxiety. There are plenty of free things to do around your town. A walk in the park, a picnic, a trip to the local museum, or a community gathering. Find something that gets your mind off things; even if it’s only for a few hours.
You’ve gone through a great number of battles in the past couple of weeks. Big and small, part of your world or from others dragging you into their world have all taken their toll. At some point your spirit needs a break and a chance to rest and recuperate.
For today and this weekend, take time to relax for your mind, body and spirit. Get physical rest for your body. Go out and enjoy the late spring weather at a local park for your mind. Take a little time to sit and meditate on your inner self and your connection to the Divine force in your life for you soul. These three little exercises will help you release your own anxiety and stress more than you might realize.
The big message for today and this weekend….Shut out the negative world and focus on YOU.
A simple hug can go a long way to showing someone you care about their struggles. Whither its emotional conflict, or stress and anxiety from work or daily life, we all could use a little hug now and then. Just remember, when you give a hug, you’re getting a hug too. It’s going to be ok. Share the positive and watch how it spreads through the day.
Remember there’s always someone who has it worse than you do. Be it more stress and anxiety, or more struggle in their relationships or home life. Be thankful for the blessings you have in your life. At least your cups are facing in the right direction to receive more bounty. So share some of that positive energy with those around you. That hug maybe just what they needed to get through this day and carry them into tomorrow where their own blessings will be turned around.
As you may know, our own thought patterns affect the health of our body and mind. Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying “cause” of a physical illness or characteristic about yourself that you don’t like. From migraines to low self esteem we create thought patterns in our conscious and subconscious minds that affect how we act and react to situations in our lives.
Over time, those negative thoughts can affect our physical medical conditions if left unattended. In other words, our psychological thought patterns often progress into physical illness or ailments. The longer we ignore the thought pattern, the more severe the ailment can become.
For instance, if you have a recurring issue with your right wrist, you can look at the ailment and decipher the underlying mental issue. Ask yourself what does this area of my body do for me physically? The wrist allows you to be flexible with holding or handling things. Many people these days are taking a good look at themselves and their lives, trying to find a balance for achieving happiness. Or at the very least contentment. They look at how they interact with their family unit, how they conduct themselves within business matters and how much time they spend on making the all mighty dollar and that illusive career or achievement of success. And many realize they’re living a life out of balance and wondering how to find the solution.
A lot of people shy away from looking within as part of the recipe for change. They think of looking within and an exercise to become critical of the self and that introspection seems like it only makes things worse. They being playing the blame game of what has been, or what choices have made that contributed to the imbalance. What are Dreams? A Dream, nightmare or vision refers to the kinds of mental images that form during sleep. Dream is the general term for any such succession of images. A nightmare is a dream that brings fear or anxiety. A vision is usually associated with mental images that occur while away (day dreaming) or during meditation.
Dreams come in many forms, shapes and sizes. They can be precognitive and deliver messages of future events. They can be messages from the higher conscious mind to solve problems. They can share spiritual knowledge and wisdom from the super-consciousness (your higher Divine mind) to your conscious mind. They can add clarity to an event, or help prepare the conscious mind for spiritual work such as review current karmic events or spiritual lessons that apply to your present. Continue reading →
You have attained a major victory today, a crowning achievement to be proud of and to celebrate. Take a little time out of the day to hoist a glass to yourself and your hard work! Even if you’re the only one at the part, don’t let the moment go by without acknowledgment. And make sure you share the news. Others may not know about your efforts, but you can still share your excitement. You deserve this!
Your successes are far outweighing the challenges you face. You’ve overcome a great deal in the past few years. Tackling the hardships little at a time, you have proven to be a survivor! Revel in your strength and courage. Celebrate your willingness to look within and acknowledge the challenges that needed to be faced. Not everyone has the ability, or the desire to do that. So take time today to pat yourself on the back for this crowning achievement. You more than deserve it! You’ve earned it too!!
Keep your eyes on the future and the plans you’ve already put in place. There will be a great deal of distraction today, but don’t let it get to you. They’re mostly good interruptions reminding you to enjoy life while you’re working along your path to achieve your goals.
Taking a few moments to stop and smell the roses isn’t going to derail your plans for the day. Sometimes we have to be reminded of the blessings we have along our path already. Make sure you take notice. Some of these things are the reason you’re working so hard. Don’t get so focused on the end goal and lose them along the way.
