What You Think, Creates How You Feel
As you may know, our own thought patterns affect the health of our body and mind. Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying “cause” of a physical illness or characteristic about yourself that you don’t like. From migraines to low self esteem we create thought patterns in our conscious and subconscious minds that affect how we act and react to situations in our lives.
Over time, those negative thoughts can affect our physical medical conditions if left unattended. In other words, our psychological thought patterns often progress into physical illness or ailments. The longer we ignore the thought pattern, the more severe the ailment can become.
For instance, if you have a recurring issue with your right wrist, you can look at the ailment and decipher the underlying mental issue. Ask yourself what does this area of my body do for me physically? The wrist allows you to be flexible with holding or handling things.
