Animal Sign

fallwolfWhen Animals Cross Your Path

Everyone has had an experience where an animal has crossed our path in the physical world and we wondered if it means something. How many times have you asked, or been asked, wonder what that wolf, deer, squirrel is trying to tell me?

Nearly all Shamanistic societies believe animals in the physical and spiritual worlds come to us for our own good to deliver messages.

When animals cross our path in the physical world they maybe bringing a warning or a message as guidance. They’re a “here in the now” kind of message that impacts our physical world.

But depending on the animal, they can cross their influence of meaning between the physical and spiritual worlds. Perhaps we’re not being as perceptive as we should be or we maybe we need to pay attention to a message from spirit that affects our physical choices. Listening to our gut feelings is an important part of living in balance and nature is all about balance. Continue reading

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Ace of Swords – Inverted

Ace Of Swords - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

You have triumphed and the battle is won. Now it’s time to let go of the angst and allow yourself to feel the calm. Stop reacting to everything and everyone as if you’re still at war. You’re liable to create another conflict that you didn’t mean or want. Be at peace, relax and take time to feel the world of nature around you.

Additional Insight:

You have gotten too accustomed to fighting and you’re bringing that energy of the warrior into every situation of your life. Stop being the aggressive soldier and feeling as though you have to fight for everything. You’ve won the big battle, if not the entire war. It’s time to raise your weapon in triumph, not in anger.

Take time to release the anxiety of feeling as though the entire world is against you. It’s not. Rather it’s looking for much needed peace and serenity. Make a concerted effort to clear your energy, push out the stress and angst, let it wash away from your physical body, out of your home and away from every aspect of your life.

Spend some time today getting back to the basics of nature. Stand outside and take in the crisp fall air. Feel the cool breeze on your skin and allow it float freely and effortlessly through you, helping to push away the anger. Revel in its sights and sounds. See the subtle changes in energy as the world slowly becomes quiet as winter approaches.

The fall is always a great time to acknowledge the victories of the past and let them go as the forest let’s go of her falling leaves. See the beauty in releasing the old patterns and emotions of conflict. Pay attention to the gentle kindness of the animals as they gather preparations for fall and winter. Focus on your own changes and move toward the soft compassion of self-love and serenity.

Today is a great day to implement the The 5 Minute Clearing & Healing Meditation
Stop being so hard on yourself. Allow your old wounds to heal, sooth the scars of battle, both external and internal. The war is over. Let it go and allow the new joyful experiences to enter you life.

Consider visualization to help release and bathe yourself in the new. Yellow is the color of success and creativeness. Orange indicates ambition, pride, self-sufficiency. As you look at the fall colors (or the spring blooms if you’re in the southern hemisphere), imagine these aspects energy swirling around you. If you’re coming into fall, stand beneath a tree and allow the falling leaves to shower their colorful energy onto and through you. If you’re coming into spring allow the falling pedals from blooming trees and vines to do the same for you. Think of them as bubbles of energy dropping down, and when they touch you and pop, they shower you with their positive energy.
