Face the day with courage!
Face the day with determination!
Face the day with inspiration!
Face the day with “I’m Doing It!”
Make Today YOUR Day!
The only person you have to impress is yourself. Work on that by believing in you even when no one else does. Others will set limits on your dreams. They’ll place their fears of success and reaching for the starts upon you and try to contain you dreams. You can choose to allow what they call “practical” suggestions and council to limit your ceiling. Or you can choose to go outside the boundaries and look up at the stars where the only limitation is your belief in self.
If you don’t set your ambitions high, when you do yourself a disservice. You put your abilities and imagination in a box, packed away and rarely let them out to shine. But when you unpack the box and let your talents out to shine; you can become the light that beacons others to take notice. Make sure you’re prepared when they do and luck will fall on your path of hard work.
Remember that luck is nothing more than “Preparedness meeting Opportunity”. simply having the vision, the imagination and raw talent will only get you so far. All talents take time and attention through practice, learning new things that can expand your perspectives and inspire your next steps. Work on your dreams and with each phase you complete that moves you up to the stars, will allow you to pick up your trophy and be proud of yourself! Nothing can motive you more, than celebrating the little accomplishments that get you closer to that dream.
Always Believe In Yourself, You’re Magik Working On A Miracle;
And you can and will make it happen!
Here are some things that can help you keep yourself inspired to dream and mostly to work on that dream.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything about the portable Divination House. The last post was back in August 2012 actually. But gathering ideas for the design and building have continued.
After talking to a few tiny house builders we have expanded our concepts for the design. How do you transport a ‘tree’ house to a renfare and provide yourself space to stay over the weekend to limit expenses? Doing that meant drastically redesigning the tree house and the more we thought and discussed what could and couldn’t be done; the more it looked like the tree wasn’t going to satisfy both needs. It’s one or the other, but not both.
That brought up the next idea. Using the tree house for business, and a portable tiny house for everything else. Double the expense. Oh boy. Well, that’s what dreams are all about. Having your cake and eating it too! Continue reading →
My husband and I have recently faced some business challenges that brought a great deal of stress into your lives. I’m blessed with the partnership I have with him. When challenges come our way we seem to grow closer and face them as a united front. But we’re human like all couples and we do get annoyed with each other from time to time. Thankfully, our annoyances are pretty mild and don’t last a long time. We still end up pulling together and wading through the issues that fall on our plate and success with support and respect for each other.
Sometimes we all get into a rut and continue a fight that deep down we know maybe a loosing battle. We can refuse to see the inevitable out of fear of change, or the unknown. Or because the known “evil” is more secure than what maybe around the corner that we don’t know.
When we fall into that rut, the Divine has a way of pushing us along to help move our energy and to get us to something better. We may not always see what’s going on as it’s happening, but hindsight is always 20/20 and becomes clear when we have made it through the change. Continue reading →
So today I started thinking about the practical approach to the house, traveling for Renfaires and other similar gatherings around the country. Or at the very least the east coast.
Now I know about a number of faires here on our side of the U.S. But what I was thinking about were the practical aspects of the house.
What if we need a place to stay. Do we pull the tree house behind an RV or our truck? If we use the truck do we rent a hotel room? Or do we expand the tree house to accommodate some modern facilities, such as a kitchen and bath. Continue reading →
It’s Nice To Have Dreams – Dreams Inspire, Empower and Create Hope – Give Yourself Permission To Dream! ~ Springwolf
Our Humble Dream
On Sunday July 29th I posted a Sunday Homily “It’s Nice To Have Dreams“, concerning the power of having dreams to reach for and aspire to. In the Homily I mentioned “One of my newest dreams was inspired by a picture I saw on Facebook. I would like to build this on our utility trailer, haul it to the Renfaire and use it as a divination house. Now wouldn’t that be absolutely awesome?!”
We keep talking about our dream in our family and everyone keeps coming up with great ideas. Including our 9 year old son. Who suggested we make a post on our blog to track the ideas and share them with our family and friends. He said “If we think about it and dream about it and that adds energy to making it real, then wouldn’t more people thinking about it add even more energy?” Well, ok; out of the mouths of babes!
So we’re putting his suggestion into practice. We’ll be updating this post from time to time adding our new ideas and progress to making this dream a reality.
Spring’s Haven Divination House It’s Good To Have Dreams
When I first had this idea, I shared the vision with my husband who immediately started designing it in his head. When you share your dream with others and they support your vision, the exchange and sharing of ideas can add to the creation and manifestation of that dream. Not to mention, you can come up with some great additions to add details to your vision! Continue reading →
Worry: to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts; fret. Weariness – to make or become discontented or impatient, especially by the long continuance of something, draining
This homily was inspired by a sermon given by Joel Olsteen. I might be pagan, but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the words of other ministers from other faiths. Open you mind and release the dislike, hate or negative perceptions of others in the world. You never know, you might find something that inspires you.
Everyone faces challenges in their life. Some challenges are greater than others, some face greater suffering by the standards of society, some are victims of circumstance and some have made choices of their own that create the struggle. Whatever your story is, there are three things to remember when facing the challenges of adversity in your life:
