Sometimes you need to tie your mouth shut to keep from making things worse. Be careful what you say, for words can easily become double edged swords. Feeling frustrated about one thing, might make someone else unintentionally feel hurt or angry. What you say, no matter how it is said, has energy. Keep your mouth shut and worry about your own actions.
Actions speak louder than words, but words still have consequences. Your frustrations are yours to carry. Own them, take accountability for them and stop trying to heap them onto someone else. Even if they deserve it.
The one causing your frustration maybe far away and doesn’t even know their actions are causing you stress or anxiety. So what’s the point of creating energy around you that only makes things worse? Or, puts those feelings of frustration upon someone close to you, who doesn’t deserve it.
What you put out, you will attract and receive back. Do you really want more frustration? Clear and cleanse your thoughts and focus on the positive things around you. Be proud of what has been accomplished and achieved, even if they’re little things. Change the energy around you from frustration and anger; to pride and self love. Change today and you change tomorrow.
Love yourself and your ability to endure. That’s a sign of strength that no one else can take away from you. You’ve gotten this far and made it through so much already. Pull that ability of survival to you and you will enhance the energy of success and abundance in your life.
When we love ourselves, we attract compassion and kindness into our day. It’s the little things that begin to make the difference in our day and life. The little changes that promote peace and inner strength begin to multiply and before you know it, the big things have changed for the better.
