The Ænigma Project is a discussion group focused on the realm of the supernatural, paranormal and mysterious events that sometimes take place in our lives. The show broadcasts each Monday evening on the Tenacity Radio Network at 9pm Eastern, U.S.A.

Join creator of the show, Paul Cagle and his co-hosts Sushi and Springwolf as we share our research, knowledge, insight and humor. Be part of the Ænigmite Crew and play along with us during our weekly “Truth or Tale” game. You can also add your opinion or thoughts as we wrap up another fun on air evening with the strange or paranormal news of the day.

hyperperception02/10 Our Topic: Hyper Perception
Also known as hyper-sensory perception or HSP. Skeptics see this as pseudo-science or out right fakery by an individual to use data (such as body language, or physical clues) of an individual or place to appear to “intuitively” determine information. The medical community sees HSP as a real thing, but relates it to sensitivities of the known senses, such as your eyes being sensitive to light. The spiritual and paranormal communities see this as a form of extreme empathy or sensitivity to psychic energies. Who’s right? Is this even a real thing? Or could there be another explanation to what HSP is or isn’t? Tune in Tuesday for more!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Magician

The Magician

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Lessons of the spirit are in play as you weave through the tasks and projects of the day. You have the tools and the resources to get things going. All you need now is to believe in yourself and put your skills to work.  Don’t become overly confident. There’s still a lot to do and much to put into place for success. And be careful of using too much misdirection to perform your magik. An adversary will take notice and use it against you, even though it’s a staple of the trade.

Additional Insight:

The table is set and the practice is complete, now you need to put your faith in your skills and get to work. Keep your energy balanced; believe in yourself, but don’t become egotistical and arrogant as if you know it all. No more excuses. And be grateful for the opportunity to do your work.

The Magician is part of the Major Arcana and tells us that spiritual matters are at work in the details of what we do today. Stay Mindful. Keep your eyes and perspective on the ultimate goal and work for your passion. But don’t allow your passion to consume your work.

There are always things we must do, that we don’t want to do, in order to get to where we want to be. That doesn’t mean you must sell your soul to achieve success. In fact, it means the exact opposite. Those who rush in and sacrifice everything in order to hurry up the process to attain the dream, never last in the long term. Don’t be a flash in the pan and fade away before you’ve even taken the stage.

Everything happens in its right time and place. Don’t rush the process of walking your path. You can’t jog across the bridge until you have finished building the support beams to hold your magikal cart of supplies and survival gear. The road ahead can be bumpy and filled with pot holes. Or it can be a smooth ride where you can take time to enjoy the scenery as you travel forward in balance and calm serenity.

It’s up to you. Make sure you’re not pushing before you’re ready. But make sure you’re working from a place of Divine Consciousness within, so you remain humble, grateful and successful over the long haul.

You can order a personal reading from Spring through the Services at Spring’s Haven. We offer both in-house and email/phone/skype consultations. As a Ministerial organization, all our consultations are private and strictly confidential.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Priest

The Priest

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

You’re in control of your destiny. The choices you make today will define the rest of your life. Make sure you’re following the path of justice and respect. The path of rumor and accusation is a negative road that has been designed to distract your view, manipulate your thoughts and shade the truth. There’s always two sides to a story. Make sure you know what they are, before you point fingers, join the mob, or make decisions you’ll later regret.

Additional Insight:

You are the high Priest of your personal world. It’s up to you to heal the old wounds you hold within yourself. No one else can do it for you. But it’s from this time of introspection and spiritual search that others may try to take advantage of you.

Don’t let the anger, hate or ulterior motives of others disrupt your desires to walk forward with a better understanding of yourself and the world around you. If they’re not willing to be part of your journey, then you may need to leave them behind and walk ahead by yourself. You will find others along the path who have much more positive energy to offer.

Something is not what it seems to be. Don’t fall into the trap of condemnation that comes from spreading rumors, innuendo and lies, you will build a bridge to nowhere and find yourself in the valley of disrespect and accusation yourself. What you put out and participate in, even quietly, will create a similar path that you will tread one day. If you don’t want to be on the receiving end of the accusations, than stand up for those who are their victims today. Walk your talk and show compassion through your words and actions.

No matter what walk of life, what age or region of the world, there is always a bully trying to defame and tear down someone who tries to hold them accountable for their actions. Whither it’s kids in school, a boss in the work place, a politician trying to hide their skeletons, no one walks this Earth without regret. Don’t point your fingers and call the latest victim names and help the bullies tear them down.

Be brave and true to your spiritual beliefs and perspectives. Take the time to look at both sides of the story and find the facts. Don’t allow those who are yelling the loudest be the ones that write a tale of untruths and manipulate you into following a path you wish you had not taken. Be the spiritual leader of your own destiny and live true to your beliefs and what you’re trying to become. The peace of mind and calm serenity you find, maybe your own.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Ten of Cups – Inverted

Ten of Cups - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

You still have abundance in your life even though you think you’ve lost everything. Stop dwelling on the negative. You’re liable to make it become a self fulfilling prophecy. Focus on what you do have and use it as inspiration to grow and expand to what you need. Inaction is the real enemy at this point in time. Just Do something!

Additional Insight:

Stop waiting for the bottom to fall out! You still have control over your life and you still have skills and resources that will help you develop what you need to turn things around. The more you wait for the cups to drain out, the more you’ll lose and then you might find you really have lost it all!

You don’t have to have it all to get started on what’s needed. Take time to make little steps that build the bridge. Every step is another plank across the gorge below and gets you closer to the other side. So you don’t have to build the entire bridge before you begin your crossing.

Yes there are steps you need to take before you start other activities. If you don’t know what those are, than the first steps should be sitting down, planning, organizing and outlining a process map for how to get from here to there. Just make out your To Do list and detail each item in chronological order.

Do a little research online to see what others might have done in your situation, or you might even find a an organized list that someone else has already made for what you need to do as a template to get started! You’ll find new avenues that might open up possibilities you didn’t expect or think of. You’ll find holes in the process that you need to think about before you begin. You’ll also discover that there’s not as much to this as you think and it really is do’able. There’s no excuses!

Come on! Stop the grumbling and fearful self talk. You keep telling yourself you’re going move on, stand tall and over come. So do it! It’s the perfect day to get it all done and get the ball rolling down the right hill. You can do this! No matter how small or how big the project or idea is. You have the tools in your hands to get it going and manifest what you need in your life today!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: King of Wands – Inverted

wands-king-inv

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Stop poking holes in everything. There are some good ideas out there and you might want to listen to a few. You’re not the only one who can come up with solutions to the problem. No idea is perfect. If you’re going to play Devils Advocate, make sure you’re also offering solutions to the problems you see with the ideas floating around the room. And make sure you give credit where it’s due!

Additional Insight:

Some people are good at being inspired and seeing beyond the problem. They can come up with unique ideas and visual solutions that you may not be able to see. But if you keep poking holes at what they have to offer, they’re going to become discouraged and unappreciated. You’ll shut them down entirely and they’ll start to feel as though they don’t want to help you at all.

It’s ok to play Devils Advocate when you’re brainstorming. But would it hurt you to say “that’s a good idea, how can we over come this issue or that problem”. You don’t have to start every sentence with “That won’t work”.

Everyone likes to feel as though they are being listened to and have a sense of value. They may not have your expertise, but through their fresh eyes of learning you may discover something you only assumed through years of doing the same thing every day. That kind of experience creates habits that keep you from looking at new things and fresh ideas. Things change. And there maybe something new that inexperienced beginner knows, that you don’t know.

Everyone in life comes into situations with varying levels of understanding. Old school might be a good thing most of the time, but new school has some innovations that can make things easier, faster, better and more relevant. Don’t dismiss anyone simply because you think you know it all. Chances are you don’t and you maybe pushing away the best idea that’s hit your desk in years!

It’s My Day

Wolf MondayMonday

According to the International Standard (ISO 8601) for Calendar systems, Monday is the first day of the week. For us in the English speaking world, the name of Monday is derived from Old English Mōnandæg and Middle English Monenday, which means “Moon day”. The Old English names derived from Germanic languages which also translate to Moon.

Even the ancient Chinese words for Monday mean “Day of the Moon”. Monday can also be derived from Sanskrit Somavāra, where Soma is another day for the Moon. Now shouldn’t Moon Day be a special day for Pagans? I think so. But there’s more.

According to Wikipedia Weekday Names:
The earliest attestation of a seven-day week associated with heavenly luminaries is in the title of a lost work by Plutarch (46-120AD) titled Why are the days named after the planets reckoned in a different order from the actual order? The order of the days was Sun, Moon, Ares, Hermes, Zeus, Aphrodite, and Cronos, named after the heavenly bodies that presided over the first daylight hour of each day, according to Hellenistic astrology. From Greece the planetary week names passed to the Romans, and from Latin to other languages of southern and western Europe, and to other languages later influenced by them. Continue reading

We’re 2 Years Old Today

bday2Today Is Our 2nd Anniversary

February 1st, 2012
I can’t believe it’s been two years since we said Welcome To Springwolf Reflections as my official author’s blog. 2 years ago my first book, yes the first of many I hope, was published. And while there has been some delay with the follow up books to the series I planned, I’m not giving up on that dream.

I’ve been a teacher, minister and author for longer than two years of course. Even my 30+ years in Information Technology has aided my progress through these past years. So I wanted to share some of my reflections and insights of the last two years in the six things I’ve learned to achieve growth and success. Continue reading

Saturday Work

hardworkCompany Analytics

Each Saturday I take time to look at the Web Analytics of my little blog here to discover what you guys like to read about and that helps me decide what I need to write about more often to keep you interested  and coming back.

As a former Fortune 10 IT Geek, I’ve learned a lot about the importance of a corporate presence and keeping it relevant. And I apply that professional experience to my own business.

One thing I really like about doing this every Saturday is seeing where everyone comes from to visit my little blog here. It warms my heart and makes me realize each week how small our world is and how more a like we really are from place to place. Continue reading
