Don’t ignore the suffering of others. Many people have it worse than you do. You feel like lashing out, so don’t be surprised when others do the same thing. Instead of meeting anger with anger, try to show compassion and kindness. Spread the love, instead of the anger and hate.


Additional Insight:

It’s easy to allow the mood of someone else to affect your own. Emotions are like a virus that can be spread from one person to the next. Before you know it, the anger and frustration has infected an entire community.

But all it takes to stop the spread is a little compassion, kindness and love. Touch someone’s shoulder and let them know you’re sorry they’re having a bad day. Tell them it’s going to be ok in the long run. Explain there are a lot of people in the same boat and we all need to pull together and help each other through the rough times.

If they share their woes with you, don’t judge their situation. Don’t give into their story either. You never really know what’s going on and you don’t want to be taken advantage of. But you can listen and offer suggestions for them to find help that they may not know about.

A kind word can be a powerful thing and it doesn’t take a lot to change someone’s life on a significant basis. You never what “little” thing you share that might instigate healing and provide the opportunity for a personal epiphany.

Pagan Metaphysics 102 – Meditation, Energy and Action

The second book in the Pagan Metaphysics series is near completion!

Springwolf has been working on her second book for the past few months and will be sending it to her publisher in January 2013.

Book 102 discusses the Divine in a more practical sense of how the reader and the Divine are connected, how to practice ones beliefs on a daily basis and why this is important for any spiritual being. It covers topics concerning spirit guides, animal guides and animal spirit guides, along with the differences between ghost and spirit communications.

Each of these topics is followed up with a step by step process using meditation exercises to connect with guides, find ones spiritual sanctuary, and working with your guides to overcome trials and challenges in your life.

Keep a watchful eye over your playing field today. Don’t take action until you’re sure of what’s going on. Games are being played in different parts of the field and it will help you to stay above the fray and watch the movements before you try to engage those in the game.


Additional Insight:

Keep your advice to yourself. Apply it to your own play ground and let the others sort out their territory and turf for themselves. If you try to offer suggestions, you may find you’re giving your adversaries advice for taking over your play ground. So be careful you don’t give away what little you have.

Sometimes it’s much better to be a big fish in a little pond, than a little fish in someone else’s big pond. Be patient and take care of your own responsibilities. Your actions are being noticed. So don’t let others trick you into being a “team” player when you’re not even part of their team. They’re trying to manipulate you into the fight and use you as a pawn that can be easily sacrificed.

It might be hard to walk away. But you’re better off simply grabbing some popcorn and walking out of the arena and finding some quiet place to get your work done. If you’re a boss or a leader, you might make sure your team is focused on their work and not getting involved in the neighboring battle. Their actions maybe a reflection of your ability to manage your own playground.

Everyone has moments when they reach their limit and feel overwhelmed. Without sorrow we cannot know happiness. But how we move through those depleting emotions determines how we move forward through them.

If you can sit down and align your thoughts and energies with the Divine in your life; you can find renewed strength to endure and persevere. Have compassion for yourself and your feelings. You have a right to feel your emotions and work through them. But all things have a balance. Too much of anything can be detrimental.

In today’s world meditation is viewed from two perspectives, from the spiritual form of enlightenment and becoming one with spirit. Meditation in both forms has been shown to be beneficial for relieving stress, improving health and increasing productivity. Out of destruction and chaos comes rebirth and growth. Times of trials and hardship brings lessons and messages for the soul, mind and heart. We may not see the lessons while in the midst of turmoil. But they are there all the same. How you work through the challenges in your life is more important than what those struggles are. Do you meet them with strength, compassion and perseverance? Or do you face them with anger, indignation and blame? You are the one who chooses the path ahead.


Additional Insight:

You can complain, feel victimized, beaten down and depressed. You can lash out at everyone around you because your stress and anxiety is at its limit. You can become angry and blame everyone else for the predicament you are in. But the bottom line is….you made the choices that brought you to this point in your life. Others may have created the circumstances that provided you with choices. But you made those choices, not them.

Being angry, lashing out at others and expressing hate for others as a means to blame someone for your dilemma’s will only bring more negative situations to your path. Like a magnet you’ll attract the same energies and emotions into your day, that will seep into all areas of your life. From family, work (or no work), finances and friends, little by little you will lose the things you value the most dear.

It’s ok to sit down and cry for a moment. Lay down in a dark room and try to find comfort in your surroundings. Or take a long walk, go out and exercise or do something that brings you peaceful solitude. Do whatever it takes to get those emotions of sorrow or anger out of your system and release them in a manner that will not harm others or yourself. Then, take a moment to conduct a quick 5 Minute Alignment Meditation to connect your energies to the Divine in your life and re-energize your focus to create the path you desire.

Your best bet is to fly below the radar. Let the turmoil around you go on without you. Don’t get involved in the battles of others. Karmic lessons are being played out and they need to happen. While you may feel compassion for those on the losing side, remember they brought this on themselves and you can’t safe them. So don’t put yourself in jeopardy.


Additional Insight:

Don’t forget that some who are facing the music are doing so because of their ulterior motives that attempted to undermine you and your success. What we put out we get back. Make an effort to destroy someone else and that effort will destroy you.

Someone is trying hard to involve you in something you had nothing to do with. Be careful, if you allow that to happen it can get you in a lot of trouble. So make sure you understand the battle and that you truly should be a part of it before you come to the defense of someone else.

Don’t allow them to bait you into the fight. Lies are being told and deceptions are flying like leaves in a wind storm. You won’t be able to weave and duck to miss the fray. So stay off the battlefield and out of the arena entirely and you’ll be ok.

Sometimes it’s hard watching others face the consequences of their actions. Whither we care about them or not, our compassion for others can get in the way of what’s best for us. But we can’t learn their lessons for them, nor can we take responsibility for their choices. The best thing you can do right now, is let them work things out on their own and deal with the consequences they created.

You’re a diamond in the rough today. Stop second guessing your talent and abilities. You don’t need to fight against the tide. Rather ride its current and take advantage of the sights and sounds along the way. You’ll be able to see opportunities where others cannot and find success where others fall short.


Additional Insight:

Others are fighting the tide and keeping their focus on the rapids in front of them. You can ride with the flow, scan the water and the shoreline for it’s beauty and many gifts. When you trust in your connection with Divine creation, you can relax and know you are going to be safe and taken care of.

This doesn’t mean things will magikally happen in your life. But it does mean you’ll be able to conquer fear and be prepared to see opportunities that you can take full advantage. Success depends on you and your ability to control the anxiety and stress that come from fear. Don’t allow those emotions to control you and you will control your destiny.

Remember, luck is nothing more than being prepared when opportunity is presented before you. Do the work to be prepared and you’ll polish the surface into a spectacular sparkling diamond.

It’s going to be a long winter, but you will have plenty to make it through. The more you worry the more you bring your fears into manifestation. Close your eyes and release the stress. Everything is working out as it should and for your betterment. It may not seem like it, but you really are going to be ok.


Additional Insight:

Now that we’re into the “silly” season, many people who have been struggling are feeling the stress and anxiety of those struggles even more now. Where many used to be able to provide for their families and celebrate the holidays with “material” things, they are feeling restricted and deprived. “Things” don’t make the holidays. You do. Your compassion, caring and love for your family is really what this time of year is all about.

Stop worrying about the toy you cannot buy for your child. And teach them about giving, charity and making the holidays about sharing time with family, playing a board game, letting your boys wrestle for fun, toss a football or baseball in the back yard. Take a ride or walk around the neighborhood and look at the holiday lights. Or go to the local park and give a gift of seed or unprocessed nuts to the animals who live there.

It’s the time of peace, serenity and family. Not the time of shopping at the local mall for materialistic things.

It’s hard to sit and be patient, but things are developing and you’ll have to wait for them to manifest. Temper your emotions and your actions for now. Moderation is the key to survival right now.


Additional Insight:

Success is all around you and waiting for you to claim it. But you must be ready for when it arrives. Don’t push too hard to make things happen or you could lose the game. Others must work through their own baggage in order to get to your “thing”. But things are happening.

Be patient and give yourself time to get prepared for what comes next. Be strong and stay on your plan. Don’t try to go around the obstacles, or they may come back to haunt you later. Look within and be honest with yourself. You’ve talked to others about their weaknesses and the destructive thinking they have put forth on their path. Now have that same conversation with yourself.

You can face the negative pain and clear it out of your life. But you’ll need to face the past and deal with it once and for all in order to let it go. You will not be able to move forward until you do. Get the negative recordings from others out of your head. You are assigning their words to those in your life now and it’s not fair to the new partners.

What you are “hearing” is not what’s being said at all. Stop getting angry at those in your life today, for the things that belong in your past. Heal and let it go.

Play among the blossoms of your garden. You’re spending so much time focusing on the problems around you and ignoring what you’ve already created. You really do have much to be thankful for. Allow the positive energy from those successes to build around you and attract more of the same.


Additional Insight:

What you dwell on, you pull to you. If you focus on negative, negative is all you’ll have. If you focus on the blessings, no matter how small or how few, you will build on that positive flow and bring more of the same onto you path.

Look around you and start listing your blessings. Look over your list of goals and mark off the ones you have already achieved. Watch that list grow more than you imagined. Use these positive actions to help you change your focus and bring more and bigger successes to your path.
