Many people dread being home as the sun sets behind the Earth. Even those who are home all day by themselves feel something different about the night. The world becomes quiet and they feel sad, alone and cut off.

I know people who sleep with the TV on at night because they’re afraid to be in the dark. But it doesn’t have to be this way. You’re not alone and you’ve been given this time to do what you want to do and maybe even need to do.

Even those people who have someone else in the house, but segregate themselves to their own TV room or their own bedroom can feel lost and alone in a sea of people. But remember, being alone is YOUR choice! You can change that decision and change your life. Continue reading →
