The Shamanistic Numerology of 11/11/2019

Mathematics is the only language shared by all humans regardless of culture, religion, or gender. Numerology is the study of the divine or mystical relationship between a count or measurement in Math and life itself. And it’s a practice that has existed around the world and throughout time.

Numerology has many systems, traditions and beliefs. My practice of numerology is Shamanistic Numerology that’s based on Celtic and North American Shamanistic teachings. It’s not the only method, the best method or the only true method. It’s simply one of many methods and one that resonates most with me and my personal perspectives of the Divine and the world we live in.

From a Shamanistic Numerology standpoint, numbers are divided into Prime and a Sub-Prime categories. Continue reading

Shamanistic Healing

An Introduction

Our own thought patterns effect the health of our body. Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying “cause” of a physical illness. In other words, how you think, creates how you feel. This concept has been the basis of Shamanistic healing modalities around the world. It’s not new, and it’s not unique. But it’s also not something you find very often in Western Medicine.

Understanding the physical illness can help you address the underlying cause and thereby riding the body of the disease. That doesn’t mean that you can forgo mainstream medicine all together. Sometimes when you don’t listen to the messages of your body; the issue progresses and requires mainstream medical attention.

But these metaphysical/shamanistic concepts can help you understand why the illness formed, and how you can include metaphysical practices to help support the medical treatment from your physician.

There are many books on the market that describe this system of understanding and belief, but for me, one of the best books on the market for healers is called “Heal Your Body” by Louise Hay, from Hay House Publishing. Ms. Hay created one of, if not the definitive source for emotional causes, their corresponding illness and a metaphysical affirmation to help the individual deal with the originating cause. She has an excellent way of making the concepts understandable for healers and puts the perspective into words. I highly recommend her books.

These concepts will help any healer with their chosen mode of Metaphysical/Shamanistic healing. Be it Reiki, Rolfing, Crystal or Light healing, the basics begin the mind.

Reflections Hits 444 Posts

The number 4 has always been significant in my life and over time it has come to be my lucky number, as well as, my favorite number. So today when I posted the Daily Tarot Meditation message and noticed the next post would be the 444th here on Springwolf Reflections, I took notice.

This post..this one right here..is the 444th Post I’ve made on my new blog since it began February 1st, 2012. Yeah!! That deserved some type of celebration! And it’s a good time to show how we can use numerology in our every day lives.

Numbers like this don’t have to represent something to the world. Such as the date 12/12/12; December 12, 2012. They can be any number, or series of numbers that gain your attention or hold special meaning to you. In my case, that special number is 4. Which has corresponded to things like the time I was born, 4:48am. The birth of my son on the 4th at 6:45pm. Continue reading

Shamanistic Numerology

The Shamanistic Approach To Numbers

Earlier this year I wrote a brief overview article on the Bare Minimum Basics of Numerology. From that article several people asked for more information on the method I’m most familiar with and the meaning behind the numbers from that perspective; Shamanistic Numerology.  I don’t want to re-write the information in that original article, so you might want to start there and then finish reading about the approach I have been taught and use from time to time.

I do want to restate that I am not a Numerologist, nor have I spent a great deal of time utilizing this method of insight and wisdom. There are many forms of Shamanism around the world and this is only one method in that venue. So do more research and if you like some of the approaches here, merge them with things you like in other methods and create your own version of personal Numerology. Stick with what rings true to you and follow your own instincts. Continue reading
