Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing – Seven of Pentacles – Inverted

7 of Pentacles: Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

It may seem like the little vermin are scurrying around you constantly. You can allow them to annoy you, or you can learn from watching them what not to do with your own possessions and prosperity. You can allow them to turn things upside down, letting your finances fall out of your pockets. Or you can rise above the pettiness and keep your thoughts in Divine light to grow and keep your abundance.

Additional Insight:

If you focus on the people who insist on pushing your buttons and create stress and strife, you will make some costly mistakes. Don’t allow them to control your emotions or you duties. Focus on your tasks and pay attention to the details. Giving into their attempts to control you only gives them more power than they deserve.

Ignoring their jibes and jabs will turn the tables and allow you to push their buttons for once. It will also allow you to retake control of your emotions and your actions. Doing so today will keep you from paying out for things you otherwise wouldn’t have to deal with. And can’t afford in the first place.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing – Seven of Swords – Inverted

7 of Swords - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

What you’re searching for is already in your hands. Stop allowing the stress and strife to blind your view and keep you from seeing it. Anger and frustration only create blinders that cause you to focus your attention on the wrong things. Let it go, and see what you already have at your finger tips.

Additional Insight:

Be careful you don’t look at the world around you with glasses of frustration. Just like rose colored glasses, overwhelming frustrations can cause you to warp your view of all things around you. You’re wasting so much looking for the answers in something; or someone; else when the answer is already right in front of you.

Let go and let the Divine guide your path and your view back on course where you implement your desires and enjoy what you already have.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Magician

The Magician

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Use all your tools of the trade to their fullest and you’ll be able to pull the right card out of thin air. Allow your talents to shine, and your confidence to shed light on the deception others are trying to put forth as fact. You’ll rule the day and gain both pride and self-reliance at the same time.

Additional Information:

While others are pretending to have a solution, or claim the work of others as their own, you have the skill to pull the solution out of thin air. Don’t let the deception of others shake your confidence. Use all the tools at your disposal and you’ll clearly see what to do and more importantly, how to do it with skill. Believe in yourself. You know this stuff! You can do it!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing – Two of Cups

Two of Cups

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Accept the gifts of spirit even if you don’t yet understand their purpose. The events in your life come to bring lessons of enlightenment, be they karmic or spiritual in nature. We may not always see what they bring to teach us, but when we accept their energy and make choices that break old negative patterns, we achieve a step forward toward our own spiritual wisdom and understanding.

Additional Insight:

We set the path that we walk in life. Either as a spiritual blue print, or through the choices we make in life. Our way forward or backward comes by our own hand. If you repeat your steps; consider looking at the situations you find yourself in from a higher spiritual perspective. What pattern are you repeating?

Take the situation into meditation and contemplate on the choices you’ve made in the past. Are they choices made out of anger or hurt? Are they decisions based on what someone else did to you in the past and you’re applying that same scenario to new situations with new players?

It’s time to set the old baggage down and leave it behind. You no longer need it and it’s only holding you back from moving forward freely. Forgive yourself for carrying it for so long. Allow your inner spirit to engulf you in compassionate loving light, soothing your spirit in green healing light. Then let it go and move on. Make an effort not to assume others will treat you the same way the foes of the past did. It’s not fair to the new actors in your life’s play and it’s not fair to you either.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Nine of Swords –

9 of Swords

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Look to the animals who cross your path for the message you need to hear. Direct your energy to that which you need, instead of what you want. The big picture is helpful to know and plan. But the details are what you need to escape the thorns of stress and strife. Concentrate on the things you need to do to succeed for the here and now. Keep the plans of “want” on the side of your desk, but stop dreaming and start doing!

Even under the most stressful of situations, the Divine Universe is trying to help you out and give you guidance and direction. When you stop struggling against the tide and take notice of these little messages, you can break the patterns that hold you back and free your spirit to soar and succeed.

You do have to break a few eggs to make an omelet. And behind most problems in our lives, big and small, there is something that needs to be broken in order to bring about peace. Could be a thought pattern, could be a habit, a misconception or it might even be a relationship. But when we see the issue and are willing to accept and destroy it the negative, we find the creative energy from within to establish a new path to traverse toward what we need in the here and now.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Five of Wands – Inverted

Five of Wands - Inv

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

A gift of the heart isn’t going to come your way if you sit inside and feel sorry for yourself all day. Snap out of it! Remember to be your own best friend and take yourself out to lunch or for coffee. Find something to do where you can meet and mingle. There are plenty of people out there who share your interests and want someone else to talk to about them too.

Additional Insight:

Whither you want companionship, someone to talk to and share your interests or to establish new business relationships to widen your professional network then you’ll need to get out and do something about it. Stop sitting there moping and feeling sorry for yourself. It will only increase your feelings of loneliness or being out of the loop.

When you get out in the world, you are expressing your confidence and self-esteem in who you are. Let your inner creative mind do it’s magik and express itself. This attracts others who want to be around that and know that kind of self-reliance. Go to a meeting, a seminar, even an exhibit that peaks your curiosity and interest. Talk to others who show up and find out why they’re at the event.

If you’re looking for companionship that might turn to into a romance, stay out of the bars! Look for like minds in places that require thought and exercise the mind and/or body. Try a museum, a book fair or even a gym.

Now stop the stupid untrue rhetoric that keeps playing in your head and stand up straight! You do have value, you are worth knowing and the first person who should want to be with you….IS you! Now knock it off, get up and go talk to someone face to face! You’ll be ever so surprised what you find.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Emperor –

The Emperor

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Seriously think things through today. Don’t only look at how the situation affects you, but how it will impact the ones you love. It’s hard being at the top, but you wanted to sit on the throne. Now you have to make the tough choices and deal with the responsibility. But you can do so by taking charge and not allowing others to manipulate your emotions and try to be more than they are. Sometimes being the boss means, acting the part and telling others to shut up and sit down. Remember, that justice is on your side.

Additional Insight:

Being the one that others depend on is not an easy job. It puts a great deal of pressure on your shoulders, and stress on your being. But remember you asked for this role and you accepted its consequences. You may not have thought things through that lead to the situation you’re in now. But don’t make that same mistake now. Those that love you will support your decisions, though they may not be happy about it. You can still turn this event into a win by staying strong, fighting for your domain and calling others on the carpet.

Remember they have no more control over the situation than you do. Don’t give them any additional authority than they deserve. Their actions have cost this situation more, than anything you have or have not done!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Nine of Pentacles

9 Of Pentacles

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Show compassion, caring and love to the child within. Don’t be so hard on yourself for your knee jerk reactions. They have been formed for years and take time, healing and effort to overturn and change. Don’t judge yourself or others too harshly and make sure you know all the facts, not just the headlines or the talking points.

Additional Insight:

Make sure you understand all sides of the issue before you start placing blame or judging others. This is especially true when reviewing your own actions and responses to daily situations and encounters. Sometimes things seem as though they’re an attack, when in reality they were simple issues that were made bigger because of your past experiences with others.

Don’t apply the actions of the past onto the relationships you have today. You’re not the same person within, and they may not even be the same person you’re dealing with today. So just because someone in your past hurt you deeply; doesn’t mean the person you’re with now is trying to do the same thing.

Sharing understanding, compassion and especially caring communication with yourself and those around you are the key to understanding. Take some time to calm down, and then talk it out. You’ll be better for it and so will they.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Six of Wands – Inverted

Six of Wands: Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Don’t rely on magik and positive thinking alone. Manifestation requires you to put your thoughts into action. Things will not change simply because you’re thinking about them. You must put forth th effort to make them change. So make a plan and get up and get moving.

Additional Insight:

Your positive thoughts and magik will only fall out of their shell if you don’t put their energy into practice. Positive thinking is only half the battle to making positive changes in your life and bringing your dreams into reality. You actually have to work on them too. Nothing happens by osmosis. Make your plan and put them to work. Get up and get moving!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Devil

The Devil

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Keep your temper under control today. Don’t allow the foul mood of others to push your buttons. You’re not part of their drama, so don’t get involved simply because they want to take it out on you. Show compassion, let them know it’s going to be ok and then quickly walk away!

Additional Insight:

You may not know what’s going on with someone else, but you can be assured you’re not the cause. So don’t get involved; overlook their emotional lashing out at everyone around them. Try to be calm and let them know you’re sorry they’re having a bad day. Give them a little kindness and compassion. Tell them you know things will be better tomorrow.

If they’re a work or school associate avoid them like the plague for the rest of the day! If they’re a close friend or family member, give them a hug and let them know you care. Don’t force them to talk about what has them upset. But let them know if they need a shoulder, you’re there. And if they do confide in you, remember; keeping a confidence is extremely important in relationships. If they ask for your help to intervene, then perhaps you can share some information. Otherwise…keep your mouth shut!
