Don’t ignore the aspects of the whole and live in the moment as a complete spirit. Huh? Your Mind, Body & Spirit make the whole of who you are. Don’t ignore one part of your being when you’re living in the moment focusing on another part. When you’re mindful of what you’re doing, from the perspective of why you’re doing it, you can tap into the Universal Creative energy to understand, create and ‘be’ so much more.
Bringing together all aspects of self covers more than your existence of Mind, Body and Spirit connection. It can also impact the past, present and future of your journey through life. When we realize that we’re not alone and we are connected and interconnected to all things, seen and unseen, we can overcome any obstacle or challenge that stands in our way or causes us angst.
Allowing yourself to be Mindful at every moment, helps you rise above petty events and can help you see why they’re occurring. What is it you’re trying to teach yourself and why. Is it karmic? Is it merely a lesson you want to experience? Or an event you wanted to help someone else with? Seeing the bigger spiritual picture can help you understand so much more and thereby help you find solutions that will get you through challenges much easier and without all the drama.
You can also discover how your little word, burst of anger or simple choice of action really does impact the world around you in greater ways than you might think. The ripples can grow and flow much further than you may imagine and you want to make sure they benefit you (and others) toward success. Outbursts of frustration and anger won’t do that.
Take a moment to be cognoscente of the grounding forces you’re connecting to. Along with the higher spiritual interactions and energies you’re calling to you. Don’t forget that beneath all the things you think, say and do is the energy of intent from your governing mind. Make sure that intent is coming from a place of compassion and you won’t go wrong. Walking through life from this perspective will help to remove the fear that holds us back from real happiness and love. It overcomes the negative judgements that create deep seeded fear of others and the unknown.
Be courageous and be willing to look at the world around you in a different light from higher understanding and knowledge. Be willing to let go of the old bad habits and perspectives that will not serve you well today or into the future. Forgive the past, let go of the guilt and release the fear. Have the guts to live up to your ideals and walk your own talk. Let yourself change for the better and grow into the person you are meant to become.
Each part of these energies are at work within and around you, each day, at every moment. Control your own thoughts, actions and reactions to others and situations you find yourself in as a complete being. Don’t give that power over to someone who doesn’t have your best interests at heart. Stop the knee jerk reactions and be willing to take responsibility and accountability over your life. Come at them from a place of true inner peace and you will discover the answers you seek, along with the true love and happiness you desire.
