When you’re mindful of what you’re doing, from the perspective of why you’re doing it, you can tap into the Universal Creative energy to understand, create and ‘be’ so much more.
Bringing together all aspects of self covers more than your existence of Mind, Body and Spirit connection. It can also impact the past, present and future of your journey through life. When we realize that we’re not alone and we are connected and interconnected to all things, seen and unseen, we can overcome any obstacle or challenge that stands in our way or causes us angst.
Allowing yourself to be Mindful at every moment, helps you rise above petty events and can help you see why they’re occurring. What is it you’re trying to teach yourself and why. Is it karmic? Is it merely a lesson you want to experience? Or an event you wanted to help someone else with? Seeing the bigger spiritual picture can help you understand so much more and thereby help you find solutions that will get you through challenges much easier and without all the drama.
You can also discover how your little word, burst of anger or simple choice of action really does impact the world around you in greater ways than you might think. The ripples can grow and flow much further than you may imagine and you want to make sure they benefit you (and others) toward success. Outbursts of frustration and anger won’t do that.
