The Hanged Fae - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Hold on tight, and you’ll swing through the day with ease and a little fun. Take time to find the joy in your efforts today. Even the little things can make you feel blessed. At the day’s end, you’ll be able to look over all the tiny gifts and see just how many good things have come your way during the day.

Additional Insight:

Don’t play coy, you might become distracted and lose your grip. You may have felt as though you’ve been hanging on by a thread. But don’t stare at your hand and wonder when it’s going to break. You may create a self-fulfilling prophecy. Instead take noticed that you’re still hanging in there! You have the strength and determination to survive. You not only can do this, you are doing it..and you have been for a while!

There’s no reason you can’t swing a little on the vine and take notice of the beautiful things around you and the little blessings that come your way. Find the joy and attract more of the same happiness to you for the remainder of the week.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Strength – Inverted

Strength Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

The battles this week have zapped all your energy and worn you down. Take time to replenish your mind, body and spirit. Sleep in this weekend, find an adventure to go on and get away from the stress and anxiety. There are plenty of free things to do around your town. A walk in the park, a picnic, a trip to the local museum, or a community gathering. Find something that gets your mind off things; even if it’s only for a few hours.

Additional Insight:

You’ve gone through a great number of battles in the past couple of weeks. Big and small, part of your world or from others dragging you into their world have all taken their toll. At some point your spirit needs a break and a chance to rest and recuperate.

For today and this weekend, take time to relax for your mind, body and spirit. Get physical rest for your body. Go out and enjoy the late spring weather at a local park for your mind. Take a little time to sit and meditate on your inner self and your connection to the Divine force in your life for you soul.  These three little exercises will help you release your own anxiety and stress more than you might realize.

The big message for today and this weekend….Shut out the negative world and focus on YOU.

Queen of Swords - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Peace is found through healing the wounds within. The more you keep inside the bigger the challenges may seem. It’s ok to pull back the curtain and look at the issues on a personal level. Allow yourself to search through element of your life and determine what issue is affecting your circumstances today. When you face those, you can heal, overcome and let go of the past that is holding onto you.

Additional Insight:

Don’t spend the day feeling sorry for yourself and playing soulful music. Apply your spiritual beliefs to the dilemmas you face and look within to determine what lessons are affecting your day. Don’t wallow in the energy that is holding you down and making matters worse than they are. Things are stressful, but you will overcome and find peace through healing and letting go.

Ace of Cups - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Sometimes we can protect ourselves from the rain, by showing others love and compassion. When you walk the path of kindness, tolerance and acceptance you heal the world around you. In doing so, you’ll find that even if someone tries to turn your world upside down, your cup will still remain full and overflowing with blessings.

Additional Insight:

The real test of the day is walking the path of spirit in the real world. Putting your beliefs and perspectives into practice can be challenging at times. And you will face those challenges today. Take a moment to reflect on what you believe and how you want to live your life. When you’re confronted with a challenge today, consciously make the choice to Walk Your Talk©! A simple pat on the back, rub of a shoulder or kind word to someone who is filled with anxiety and anger can show your compassion and kindness. Even when their anger is directed squarely at you.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Knight of Swords

Knight Of Swords

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

You don’t need brute strength to win the battle; you need a cause that’s pure and true. Rise above the pettiness and see beyond the mundane. Others are taking their frustrations out on you because they can’t control the situations or people around them. It’s not your fault, but you’re in the line of fire. So duck.

Additional Insight:

You have your own battles to deal with, don’t let someone pull you into theirs. Overcome the ridiculous drama and take time to raise your view above the trees. Sit still for a moment, close your eyes and imagine your consciousness moving up a staircase to your higher Divine Conscious mind. Walk out onto the balcony and survey what’s before you. From here you can see everything clearly and understand which battles are worth fighting and where to position your “troops” for victory. Keep you cause pure and true; and you will win the day!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Nine of Cups

Nine of Cups

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

A simple hug can go a long way to showing someone you care about their struggles. Whither its emotional conflict, or stress and anxiety from work or daily life, we all could use a little hug now and then. Just remember, when you give a hug, you’re getting a hug too. It’s going to be ok. Share the positive and watch how it spreads through the day.

Additional Insight:

Remember there’s always someone who has it worse than you do. Be it more stress and anxiety, or more struggle in their relationships or home life. Be thankful for the blessings you have in your life. At least your cups are facing in the right direction to receive more bounty. So share some of that positive energy with those around you. That hug maybe just what they needed to get through this day and carry them into tomorrow where their own blessings will be turned around.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Six of Swords – Inverted

Six of Swords Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Every rose has its thorns. Every choice, good, bad or indifferent has its consequences. Before you start making decisions, make sure you’re seriously thinking things through. Understand all the potential outcomes and decide what might need to be altered or adjusted to keep your plans moving in the right direction and for the best result.

Additional Insight:

Even the blessings and welcomed opportunities in life have their drawbacks. Life is filled with give and take, making sacrifices and dealing with the consequences of your actions and choices. Even the good things that land on your path will have issues that you really need to think through before you jump on the bandwagon.

Make sure you read the fine print. Understand everything that goes along with the decisions you make today. There maybe a few things you don’t want to give up, or will have to contend with in order to achieve what you want. Are you truly ready for them and willing to accept what you may have to give up?

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Queen of Pentacles – Inverted

Queen of Pentacles - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Don’t throw out the sour grapes, recycle them. Use your energy to motivate you instead of letting it drag you down. Anger and frustration can be powerful tools to get you out of your rut and reinvigorate your desire to improve your work, personal life or both. So stop the blasted pouting, get up and get going now! You can do this!!

Additional Insight:

These events are all trying to teach you something. How you handle failure is equally important as how you handle success.  Stop feeling so damn sorry for yourself like you’re the only one struggling and fighting against the system. There is always someone who has it a lot worse than you do.

Instead of getting down and depressed, allow yourself to be human and feel your emotions. Anger and frustration are not bad things when controlled and used properly. So get angry and use that energy to motivate you into standing up for yourself. Fight for your path and where you want it to go. Learn from your mistakes, learn the lessons of hardship and decide what you need change in order to adjust your efforts and move them forward. Improvise, adapt and overcome should be your motto for the rest of this month!

Align your energies with the Divine force in your life. Stop saying you don’t have time or you can’t meditate. Stop making excuses for the things you can do, but aren’t doing and WORK for what you want! No one is going to hand it to you on a silver platter. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Four of Cups – Inverted

Four of Cups Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Fan the flames and you risk losing everything. Let the pouters pout, let the childish ones act childish. Walk away and go on about your business. Keep your distance if you have to, but don’t feed the fire and add to the heated rhetoric! Avoid the conflict!!

Additional Insight:

Petty distractions will only keep you from doing what needs to be done. Don’t allow the mood of others to spill over into your day and stink up your garden. Let them rant and rave, but don’t allow them to bait you into an argument and pull you down to their level. Their issue isn’t really about you or what you’re doing. They’re simply trying to push your buttons and make you as miserable as they are. Give them the silent treatment today. Avoid their calls and childish actions. Things will calm down tomorrow and you can share some laughs again.
