Hate and anger will only divide and destroy those things we hold most dear to ourselves. We feed the anxiety and allow it to become more than it really is. Blowing perspectives and differences out of proportion, taking us to a place we may not be able to turn back from.

This kind of battle is only based on fear and the fear mongering of others. We can chose to rise above or we can remain silent and allow these energies to fester. Staying quiet and hoping for the best as you watch silently is no better than putting your head in the sand.
