Wear the hat of love today and show compassion to those around you. Even those you’re doing battle with can become allies and friends. Divided we fall. But united we can face the challenges and overcome the struggles. Don’t waste your time on angst. Allow the soft nature of compassion to wash away the anxiety and anger.
Hate and anger will only divide and destroy those things we hold most dear to ourselves. We feed the anxiety and allow it to become more than it really is. Blowing perspectives and differences out of proportion, taking us to a place we may not be able to turn back from.
This kind of battle is only based on fear and the fear mongering of others. We can chose to rise above or we can remain silent and allow these energies to fester. Staying quiet and hoping for the best as you watch silently is no better than putting your head in the sand. You cannot face down your fears, or sit back and ignore challenges, hoping they will miraculously disappear.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life and time for you to take responsibility for your choices and actions that may have contributed to the greater war. You are not alone in your walk and share the accountability for what has transpired. Stop placing blame on others or trying to shift the burden onto someone else. You made choices and created your own mess. Time for you to forgive, forget and alter your course.
Now is the time to begin a new day and start over. End the angst and begin the road of compassion. Stop trying to fix everyone around you, and fix yourself. This is the one thing you can control. And as you chance yourself for the better, your energy will be reflected to all those around you. Your positive influence will spread and double as others reflect your love and compassion. They’ll put their own spin on the good vibrations when they encounter others in their world. And so it goes on and on.
Be the cap of peace and compassion. Share a smile, a hello and offer a hand when and where help is needed. You can change the world by being the best you that you can be.
