Provide the stability for the chaos going on around you and be the leader of success. While others are stressing out and losing their heads, you can keep things calm, focused and on track. The motto for today and through the weekend is “Eye on the Prize”. Let all the little stuff sort itself out and you’ll win the race.

You can draw your swords, join in the fight and make things much worse than they really are. Or you can use those swords to stake your claim to this area of your world and bring calm to the situation. There’s always two sides to every story. So make sure you know exactly what’s transpired on both sides of the conflict to bring about much-needed peace.

Frustrations will cause others to feel panic and their anxiety will be looking for a release. You can control everyone’s emotions by simply leading by example and keeping a lid on your anger. Plans cannot be managed from a place of false justice.

Swords represent strife and conflict, or strength and focus. Which avenue you choose today will carry through the entire weekend. Make your choices wisely and from a place of balanced insight. You’ll set the tone for everyone around you and that in turn will dictate the success or failure of your projects moving forward.

Put on your executive hat this morning and look at the bigger picture. There’s much to be done and in order to do it well, everyone must be in their best mindset. Even the smallest mistake today could derail everyone’s chances at success. Don’t get involved in the struggles or conflict of other camps around you. But keep your eyes on your neck of the woods and what’s in your immanent domain.

If you end the day with a smile on your face and feeling good about things, you’ll know you made the right decisions this morning. If not, you’ll have a small chance to change things around tomorrow morning. But by noon your opportunity will be lost. Don’t take the chance and end up in the back of the pack before the race even gets started.

You control your destiny today. Make sure you’re being Mindful and at one with Divine Creation. You’ll be able to use that calm strength to stop any self-defeating attitudes and self-destructive actions before they get a grip on things. It’s your day to stand up and shine! Create the success you desire most by starting in the here and now with patience, resolve and understanding. But mostly, with the leadership that inspires others to let go of the negative and grab onto the brass ring for the ride of a lifetime!

A Little Disclaimer:
I feel like I need to add a little explanation for today’s card, because I think my energy is seriously overshadowing the message. I thought about pulling another card and divining another message; but I decided it probably wouldn’t change things.

You see, today is the first #FastFriday in the 2015 NASCAR season. If you’ve visiting my blog for a little while, you probably know I’m a HUGE race fan. All types of racing, but mostly NASCAR racing.

This weekend is our biggest race of the year, the Daytona 500. It’s one of three races, my favorite driver (3-Time Champion Tony Stewart) hasn’t won in his 15 years of Cup racing. He wants it badly, his fans want it badly for him, and there’s a big spotlight on his chances to win this Sunday.

On top of that, he’s the owner of a racing organization that fields 4 cars in total, Stewart-Haas Racing. Not only does he have to oversee his own chances, but the chances of 3 other race teams. Keeping his eyes on the bigger picture and not simply for this one race.

With all this at the forefront of my mind, I’m wanting to get my morning work complete so I can spend the afternoon with my Passionate Distraction. I’m pretty sure today’s message has been influenced by that connection to my guy and the excitement for the entire weekend of racing. You’ll find me on Twitter as soon as Cup practice begins at 11:00am eastern.

Take today’s message for what it’s worth to you. You might be going through some similar events today and this weekend. You might feel a connection to the message and know exactly what it refers to in your life. But if it doesn’t resonate, then let it go and have a good weekend. Monday’s card will surely be back on track for everyone.
