A New Article on Spring’s Haven: Balancing, Clearing, Cleansing & Protecting Your Energies

Why Balance Your Energies
You ever wake up in the morning and feel “out of it”, “not all there” or flighty? Or perhaps you notice in the middle of the day that you feel “heavy”, or “pulled down”. This could be from an unbalance in your energy field. There is some validity in the old adage “Too much of a good thing can still be bad for you”. It’s very true. Living to much in the spiritual mind and not being grounded isn’t any better than those who live in the physical world and never give their spiritual natures a second thought, or a first one for that matter. It’s an adage that tries to define living in extremes is not living in balance.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Hermit : Inverted

The Hermit : Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Don’t stay closed in or segregate yourself from others. All you’re doing is punishing yourself. You’re light shines brightly today and you have the potential for helping others see their way out of the darkness. But the first person to help, is yourself! So get up, get out of the dark office, cubical or bedroom and let your light shine!

Additional Insight:

It’s important to remember that the energy you put out to the world is what your will receive in return. If you cut yourself off from others, they will not come looking for you. All you will do is build walls and block yourself from receiving the one thing you want the most. Shine your light upon yourself, be your own best friend and take yourself OUT into the world and share your brightness.

If you’re not willing to shine brightly for yourself, how are others going to the glow within you? So the first person you need to help with your own love, compassion, kindness and friendship is yourself. You deserve it, you’ve earned it, and when all is said and done, you need you! So get up, get out, smile and enjoy your life. You’ll be surprised how many others want to come along with you.
