NO Ænigma Project Tonight – Paranormal Shakti

Get Well Soon!

Get Well Soon!

Tonight’s Ænigma Project Has Been Rescheduled for 12/17

Our host and server operator Paul Cagle has been infected by the dreaded early winter “crud”. We can’t have a show without our creator and lead Host! So we’re rescheduling tonight’s show to next Monday.

I know fans would like to send their “get well soon” wishes to Paul. You’re in our thoughts and prayers my friend!

Next week our topic will be: 12/10 Our Topic: The Paranormal Shakti
Can it really increase your sensitivity to paranormal energies?  Can it actually decrease the paranormal sensitivity in someone who is a victim of paranormal pollution (hauntings). We will discuss the controversial neuroscience based on the work of Dr. M.A. Persinger that gave birth to the Paranormal Shakti system. We will also discuss the Skakti’s alleged ability to turn on, or off, the sensitivity to paranormal energies in the brain.  And we will share with you which famous paranormal investigator used the Shakti on his show, and the results.  This is not the show to miss!.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Chariot – Inverted

The Chariot - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Things seem upside down, but don’t worry too much. The energy around you is finally balancing out and bringing you to the place you “need” to be. You’ve been dwelling in the negativity of stress and anxiety for so long that it’s become common place to you. But this isn’t the right place to be. The energy is shifting and moving toward the positive and the lighter, brighter side.

Additional Insight:

You’ve gotten so used to the battles of the war that you’ve nearly forgotten what it’s like to be at peace. Balance lies in all things, physical, mental and spiritual. You’ve done great work on the spiritual. You’ve made strides on the physical (though there’s still work to be done). But it’s the mental you’re struggling with and that’s where the imbalance is shifting.

Stop thinking the world is against you. Stop thinking you don’t deserve better, or that you deserve to be punished for past choices you made. What’s done is done and you’ve paid the price for it. Now it’s time to clear the psyche and allow positive energy to take over and balance out the past. To get there, you have this final hurdle of the past to overcome.

Let go of the past thinking. Accept the gifts of others, big or small with grace and appreciation. Allow others to thank you for the kindness you’ve shown them and in turn you’ll receive kindness. Don’t sacrifice yourself or give the shirt off your back and then refuse gratitude for doing so. That self sacrifice isn’t doing you any good, nor is it making you a kinder or nicer person. Refusing thanks is like telling someone to “take this” and then slapping them in the face when they say thank you and bake you some cookies.

Be gracious, show gratitude and allow the kindness to come back to you. It’s going to work out. Don’t give up!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Seven of Wands

7 of Wands

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Unexpected help pops up today. Don’t turn it away worrying about what the underlying motives are. This time, there really maybe none. Unexpected acts of kindness can come your way too. And together you’ll make the day a great success!

Additional Insight:

You deserve compassion and assistance as much as the next person. Allow it to come into your day and say thanks. You’ll be able to pass it on and repay the compassion at a later time. Don’t feel guilty about it, or worry about what it “says” about you!

It’s the season of love and giving. So allow someone to feel good and give you something you need today. Graciously accepting the gift will not only give you good points, but it will help someone else repay the karma they received from someone else.

To pass it on, you first have to accept what it “is”.

Motto For 2013

Starting A New Day For 2013

Starting A New Day For 2013
With A Howl!

Keeping It Real

Every year people around the world make resolutions on New Years that they never keep. They range from stop smoking or losing weight to taking the adventure of a life time. Many decades ago I stopped making resolutions and decided instead to create a motto that would carry me through the year no matter what happens.

Today thanks to my friend Angela from ShapeShifters of Virginia, I have my new motto for 2013:
“I attract more money than I know what to do with. And So It Is!”

Being a techno-geek I make a digital graphic and put the yearly motto onto the picture. Then I set that picture as the start-up image for my pc. Each time I start-up my machine in the morning, I see the motto and read it to myself. Sometimes out loud. I have my own webpage on my browser and I place the motto at the top of that page as well. Every now and then I see it when I’m browsing back and forth and keep it in my thoughts when I need it most.

Last years motto was:
I am happy and successful with abundance all around me!

Remember words have meaning and energy. What you think and say, how you act and react creates energy around you and that you attract to you each day. Start your day with a positive thought and give it energy to manifest.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Nine of Wands – Inverted

9 of Wands Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Don’t ignore the suffering of others. Many people have it worse than you do. You feel like lashing out, so don’t be surprised when others do the same thing. Instead of meeting anger with anger, try to show compassion and kindness. Spread the love, instead of the anger and hate.

Additional Insight:

It’s easy to allow the mood of someone else to affect your own. Emotions are like a virus that can be spread from one person to the next. Before you know it, the anger and frustration has infected an entire community.

But all it takes to stop the spread is a little compassion, kindness and love. Touch someone’s shoulder and let them know you’re sorry they’re having a bad day. Tell them it’s going to be ok in the long run. Explain there are a lot of people in the same boat and we all need to pull together and help each other through the rough times.

If they share their woes with you, don’t judge their situation. Don’t give into their story either. You never really know what’s going on and you don’t want to be taken advantage of. But you can listen and offer suggestions for them to find help that they may not know about.

A kind word can be a powerful thing and it doesn’t take a lot to change someone’s life on a significant basis. You never what “little” thing you share that might instigate healing and provide the opportunity for a personal epiphany.

What Fills Your Life?

The Important Things In Life

The Important Things In Life

A Story Worth Sharing

My brother-in-law shared this story with us. It’s worth thinking about for everyone. The story has been making the rounds on the internet since at least 2000, but the message is timeless.

When it started making the rounds around the internet, the message shared a cup of coffee with friends. Over the decade it has been altered here and there. Some improvements, other versions leave out some important parts of the story. And the cups of coffee have become two beers.

It’s hard to tell if the story is from a real professor or if it’s merely urban legend. I looked for information on Snopes.com, Wikipedia and a few other places, but no really seems to know the origins of the story. So take it for what it says as a good philosophical lesson about life.

A Well Taught Lesson About Life
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise
jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. Continue reading

Pagan Metaphysics 102 – Meditation, Energy and Action

The second book in the Pagan Metaphysics series is near completion!

Springwolf has been working on her second book for the past few months and will be sending it to her publisher in January 2013.

Book 102 discusses the Divine in a more practical sense of how the reader and the Divine are connected, how to practice ones beliefs on a daily basis and why this is important for any spiritual being. It covers topics concerning spirit guides, animal guides and animal spirit guides, along with the differences between ghost and spirit communications.

Each of these topics is followed up with a step by step process using meditation exercises to connect with guides, find ones spiritual sanctuary, and working with your guides to overcome trials and challenges in your life.

You can read an excerpt of the initial draft of Pagan Metaphysics 102 here on Springwolf Reflections.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Knight of Cups

Knight Of Cups

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Keep a watchful eye over your playing field today. Don’t take action until you’re sure of what’s going on. Games are being played in different parts of the field and it will help you to stay above the fray and watch the movements before you try to engage those in the game.

Additional Insight:

Keep your advice to yourself. Apply it to your own play ground and let the others sort out their territory and turf for themselves. If you try to offer suggestions, you may find you’re giving your adversaries advice for taking over your play ground. So be careful you don’t give away what little you have.

Sometimes it’s much better to be a big fish in a little pond, than a little fish in someone else’s big pond. Be patient and take care of your own responsibilities. Your actions are being noticed. So don’t let others trick you into being a “team” player when you’re not even part of their team. They’re trying to manipulate you into the fight and use you as a pawn that can be easily sacrificed.

It might be hard to walk away. But you’re better off simply grabbing some popcorn and walking out of the arena and finding some quiet place to get your work done. If you’re a boss or a leader, you might make sure your team is focused on their work and not getting involved in the neighboring battle. Their actions maybe a reflection of your ability to manage your own playground.

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Tower

The Tower

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Out of destruction and chaos comes rebirth and growth. Times of trials and hardship brings lessons and messages for the soul, mind and heart. We may not see the lessons while in the midst of turmoil. But they are there all the same. How you work through the challenges in your life is more important than what those struggles are. Do you meet them with strength, compassion and perseverance? Or do you face them with anger, indignation and blame? You are the one who chooses the path ahead.

Additional Insight:

You can complain, feel victimized, beaten down and depressed. You can lash out at everyone around you because your stress and anxiety is at its limit. You can become angry and blame everyone else for the predicament you are in. But the bottom line is….you made the choices that brought you to this point in your life. Others may have created the circumstances that provided you with choices. But you made those choices, not them.

Everyone has moments when they reach their limit and feel overwhelmed. Without sorrow we cannot know happiness. But how we move through those depleting emotions determines how we move forward through them. If you can sit down and align your thoughts and energies with the Divine in your life; you can find renewed strength to endure and persevere. Have compassion for yourself and your feelings, but don’t allow those emotions to hold you in the tower of destruction.

Being angry, lashing out at others and expressing hate for others as a means to blame someone for your dilemma’s will only bring more negative situations to your path. Like a magnet you’ll attract the same energies and emotions into your day, that will seep into all areas of your life. From family, work (or no work), finances and friends, little by little you will lose the things you value the most dear.

It’s ok to sit down and cry for a moment. Lay down in a dark room and try to find comfort in your surroundings. Or take a long walk, go out and exercise or do something that brings you peaceful solitude. Do whatever it takes to get those emotions of sorrow or anger out of your system and release them in a manner that will not harm others or yourself. Then, take a moment to conduct a quick 5 Minute Alignment Meditation to connect your energies to the Divine in your life and re-energize your focus to create the path you desire.

Holiday Etiquette

Santa Wolf by SpringwolfHappy Holidays Or Merry Yule Or Merry Christmas

This time of year is for good cheer, peace and compassion between all people. There is enough hate and anger in the world without people becoming offended by a simple holiday greeting.

In this over sensitive world many are looking for the correct greeting for a politically correct environment. Many have started a campaign to put “Christ” back into Christmas. Extending their religious preference over all others and becoming offended when someone doesn’t greet them in the manner they are accustomed.

What these religious folk seem to forget is that this time of the year comprises many holidays. It’s not only Christmas that is being celebrated. It’s also the Pagan Yule, which begins at sunset on the Winter Solstice (for 2012 that’s December 21st) and ends at sunset on January 1st. It’s also Hanukkah, which starts on the Hebrew calendar date of 25 Kislev, and lasts for eight days. This year Hanukkah begins in the evening of December 8, 2012, and ends in the evening of December 16, 2012. Kwanzaa begins December 26, 2012, and ends January 1, 2013.

Additionally, many non-religious people observe some form of winter celebration. Either because they grew up with it and like the family gathering and companionship. Or because they want to recognize some form of gift giving for their young children. Continue reading
