You’ve worked the plan and things are healing. But as with most things, healing takes time. There’s not an over night fix to some of the situations you’re enduring. Be patient, and allow the attitudes you’ve developed in your struggles to rest. Those knee jerk reactions might still serve you well in the coming months, but they’re not the predominant energy.

It really is time to stop the constant worry. Stop letting it be the first thing you think of in the morning and the last thing you dwell on at night. You’re only feeding the anxiety and allowing it to impact the things that are going your way. Let go of the negative thoughts, feelings and visions that pop into your head. Spend the weekend in spiritual pursuits that allow you to walk your talk and live in balance with a conscious effort to bring Mind/Body/Spirit into your being.

This weekend, make the effort to walk in balance and enjoy the distractions. There are plenty of adventures you can take that won’t cost you a dime. Get out and have a few. You’ll re-energize your emotions and your body if you do.

A Little Numerological Insight:
This was the 1377th post on Springwolf Reflections and that caught my attention. 13 is the number of transition and 7 is a number most often associated with good luck. So I thought it would be interesting to delve into this number today.

If you’ve seen my number insights before you know that Mathematics is the only language shared by all humans regardless of culture, religion, or gender. Numerology is the study of the divine or mystical relationship between a count or measurement and life. It has many systems and traditions and beliefs. My practice of numerology is Shamanistic Numerology that’s based on Celtic and North American Shamanistic teachings. It’s not the only method, the best method or the true method. It’s simply one of many methods and one that resonates most with me and my personal perspectives of the Divine and the world we live in.

From a Shamanistic Numerology standpoint, today’s number is a Sub-Prime number and as a numerical number it represents the spiritual aspect of this event.

Today’s number is 9.

Nine – The number of Divinity, bringing together all forms of mind/body/spirit into one alignment.

• This number is associated with the Universe.
• This number is associated with the Oak Tree.
• This number is associated with the Raven and Crow.
• It represents the ultimate source of everything, The All, The Divine.
• Positive Direction: When 9 is present it represents accomplishment, attaining goals or dreams, the ability to achieve influence and impact over our circumstances.
• Negative Direction: In reverse 9 can be egotistical and arrogant. Making assumptions that everything revolves around its presence. Nothing else matters and there’s nothing else to consider if it doesn’t involve itself.
