A Few Little Things Have Been Added

We’ve added a few new articles/pages to the blog today and you may have received some notifications about them. So we thought we’d toot our horn and let you know what we’ve been up to.

Back in late 2011 when Pagan Metaphysics 101 was published, we had a Media Kit for the book. The kit was for news outlets who wanted information, conducted reviews or wanted to have an interview for the book.

We would email the kit to those outlets and then they could do what they needed with them. I didn’t know we did that for everyone who contacted us. Wow! That’s a lot of emailing with some big attachments.

Today we sat down and put all that here on the blog. What’s the point of having a blog if it can’t work for you and make things easier. So if you’ve seen some new posts (we back dated them by the way) in your reader or email, you know what we’ve been doing.

If you don’t follow the blog…..well, why don’t you? You can “Follow Springwolf Reflections” by email and you’ll be notified of new posts/articles/etc. Look for the sign-up section on the right sidebar under the image of the book.

In the meantime, we added a new page called Media Kits along with some pages and images to go along with it.

Heads up – Paul is very sick this evening. So we’re probably going to cancel the show tomorrow night. But you never know…Miracles happen. If you able; I’m sure he’d welcome some positive and compassionate healing to help.

As expected, Paul’s voice has gotten worse since last night, so we won’t be hosting the show this evening. Stay tuned. We’ll be talking about Mr. Home March 3rd, next Monday night at 9pm!

Daniel Dunglas Home (1833 – 1886) was a Scottish physical medium with the reported ability to levitate to a variety of heights, speak with the dead, and to produce rapping and knocks in houses at will! In 1866 Home was said to have levitated out of the third story window of one room, and back in through the window of the adjoining room in front of three witnesses. Could the elite Victorian witnesses have been fooled by his trickery? Or did he really have an ability that we don’t understand even today?

As humans we know that Apex predators, such as ourselves, can adversely affect the world in which we live in. Over hunting, over fishing and destruction of our natural resources have put humankind on a stopwatch that counts down to our own extinction. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Have a look at this amazing video on The National Geographic website, showing how one species can have a massive cascading effect on the entire ecosystem in which it lives… and even alter the geography of the area. All for the betterment of the area and those in it.

Love Is…. RESPECT

When I perform a wedding I emphasis that relationships are work. They have hills and valleys. There will be arguments, there will be phases of smitten romance. But the one thing that will carry everyone to a longer term relationship, no matter what kind of relationship it is, will be the respect you hold for each other.

So if you ask me what the definition of Love is; I say, its holding Respect for those you care for.

As an Abuse Survivor, how can I not stand up to support my sisters near and far who are still victims?!

I hope everyone will stand up on February 14th and take a stand to end the violence against women and girls!

Also known as hyper-sensory perception or HSP. Skeptics see this as pseudo-science or out right fakery by an individual to use data (such as body language, or physical clues) of an individual or place to appear to “intuitively” determine information. The medical community sees HSP as a real thing, but relates it to sensitivities of the known senses, such as your eyes being sensitive to light. The spiritual and paranormal communities see this as a form of extreme empathy or sensitivity to psychic energies. Who’s right? Is this even a real thing? We’re 2 Years Old Today

Today Is Our 2nd Anniversary

February 1st, 2012
I can’t believe it’s been two years since we said Welcome To Springwolf Reflections as my official author’s blog. 2 years ago my first book, yes the first of many I hope, was published. And while there has been some delay with the follow up books to the series I planned, I’m not giving up on that dream.

I’ve been a teacher, minister and author for longer than two years of course. Even my 30+ years in Information Technology has aided my progress through these past years. So I wanted to share some of my reflections and insights of the last two years in the six things I’ve learned to achieve growth and success. Continue reading →
