It’s a day to be regal and live by example. Hold your head up, lead with encouragement and love. Being regal doesn’t mean being arrogant. It’s the exact opposite. It’s being humble, showing compassion for all sides and helping to ensure the scales of justice are balanced. Listening, understanding and not being afraid to speak out for what’s right and just are needed today. Be the leader that brings strength and peace.

A true leader doesn’t remain quiet in the face of injustice. Rather it ensures others who are angry, do not manipulate or dominate the conversation with negativity or hate. It encourages open dialog to develop understanding, share ideas and express positive expression of ideals.

Cups represent the essence of Emotions & Apathy, Happiness & Despair, Abundance & Lack.

You can help lead the way to healing with tolerance and acceptance in balance with what is and is not acceptable verbal expression and behavior. Be the leader that isn’t afraid of change and welcomes the new abundance that comes with moving forward.

It is an emotional time all around your domain and the world at large. If you think you face the day with the idea that you don’t have the power to change things, then things will never change for the better. Put the apathy aside and focus on what you can do. No matter how small you think it is, your actions will impact and affect someone else. Make that influence a positive one and watch it spread like wildfire.

You are not responsible for the choices other people make, so don’t allow despair to cloud your own judgement. It’s easy to hate and be angry. It takes true leadership to control your own emotions and respond in calm loving expressions. That isn’t a weakness, it’s a show of strength and true courage to stand up for what is right and not acceptable.

If someone is telling an inappropriate joke and the group laughs, don’t be afraid to speak up. The joke might be funny, but it’s tainted in intolerance and is not appropriate in this place, with these people and at this time. Offensive remarks are never really funny in the long run anyway. Not to mention the danger to everyone’s reputation in this world of social media, live video, camera phones that never delete or forget your words.

Leadership works to spread open the fabric of Divine love for all to see. It becomes the pillar of justice that can’t be pushed over or easily tumbled into rubble. It doesn’t use force, negative rhetoric or fear to instill consensus to it’s ideas. Leadership takes the lead, calmly communicates, sets the record straight with facts that are based in history, research, study and academic understanding. It doesn’t leave the facts up to interpretation or try to re-write history to suit it’s own needs.

Today, be the brave person who stands up with change and doesn’t try to force everyone else to see the righteous road that leads everyone into the fire. Have faith and leave over the flames of despair. With open arms you can bring calm serenity to those who are struggling in fear.
