Keep an eye on your work and your emotions associated with all your important projects. Don’t allow your frustrations to get the best of you and bring about anger. It will cloud your judgement and cause more problems than it will solve. Don’t share too many of your secrets, but discuss enough to nurture the goals and gain insights from those who have something to share. Collaboration is a good way to overcome obstacles. But make sure you know who you can trust with your new insights and ideas.
Additional Insight:
Not everything has to be shared with the world. Be cautious about what you let out of the bag. Once it’s out there, you can never get it back. Information is power in today’s world. The more you have, the more you can control in your life. And sometimes in the lives of others. So be careful what you tweet and post in your moments of great frustration!
That conversation on social media isn’t as secure as you think it might be. Even if you think it’s simply a private message to your “best” friend. That direct message can be copied and sent to others who you do not want to know about your secrets.
Make sure you know who you can trust. And either speak with them in person, or simply keep it to yourself until next week. Be wary of speaking with others on the phone too, it may not be as secure as you hope. You never know if someone else is there, listening in because the one you trust is listening to you on speaker.
Today is all about protecting your domain and your efforts to move forward. Be they school, business or personal matters, be cautious over your information. Not only about “what” you share, but “how” you share it. Don’t say it if you don’t mean it. And if you mean it, make sure you can prove it or back it up. Your entire reputation could be at stake.
Keep your emotions in check. Don’t let the pendulum swing to far in either direction. No need to become angry and take your frustrations out on others. Especially if they didn’t do anything. Don’t get too comfortable and share your deepest secrets with someone because they are there. Wait till later next week and you’ll know if someone new in your life is worthy of your deepest trust.
Make careful choices today and share what you feel comfortable with the world knowing about. Weigh the benefits of information sharing in any collaboration and allow those with experience in other areas provide you with insight from their knowledge. But remember they maybe sizing you up as well. If you want to trust someone, you also need to be trusted. You get what you give.
