Calm the Dragon within. Don’t hold onto seething anger or you’ll end up making yourself sick, along with making a bump in the road into a mountain. You’re being held up, not to teach you a lesson, but because someone else needs to learn something. Be patient through the weekend, it will work out by Tuesday.
Additional Insight:
Don’t complain to those who can’t fix the problem. You’ll only feed energy to the problem and make it grow. Let the person who broke the agreement know how their actions have impacted you adversely. Their inaction has consequences beyond what they see and they’re not the only ones struggling.
Today and through the weekend however, you need to focus on your commitments. Don’t make promises you’re not sure you can keep. If you can’t count on others, then go about your business as if their promises don’t even exist. That way you won’t be held out in the cold and your word will still have value.
If your commitment involves financial obligations, contact those you have agreements with. Let them know what’s going on and ask for a delay in payment. Or ask if you can fulfill the agreement in two payments if possible. You never know what will happen if you don’t ask. And the worst thing they can do is say no. If you are honestly trying, the Divine will be on your side and a little magik could be at work. So take the chance.
Don’t get jaded, it only gives more energy away to the one causing you pain.
Instead, forgive so that you can rise above and set yourself free!

Sticking to your obligations could mean finding alternative solutions. Whatever you agreed to do, there’s always more than one way to get it done. You might need to get a little creative. Make suggestions for a trade of some kind. Instead of taking someone to dinner, offer to make dinner. If you couldn’t get tickets to that show, suggest a walk at the local park where you can spend some quality time with each other. Or perhaps have a spontaneous adventure to that new Tea or Coffee shop. If your commitment is about business, talk about a trade in services or goods.
Don’t let someone else ruin your plans and good time. Keep calm, release the anger and offer forgiveness. If not to the transgressor, then to yourself for letting your guard down and trusting them….again. Remember forgiveness isn’t for others; it’s for you. So you don’t allow their actions and their karma to eat away your soul.
Make sure you’ve done what you can, even if you think it’s not enough. Something is better than nothing. It at least shows you’re trying the best you can. Then go about your day and weekend as if those other people don’t exist. Let go and Let the Divine take care of your needs. It’s going to be an ok weekend in the end. Keep the positive thoughts flowing and the faith that you’re going to be just fine.
