Stop throwing daggers at others. Your mood is not their fault. Calm down and talk yourself into being at peace with your emotions. It’s ok to have feelings. You’re human after all. But don’t let them get the best of you and cause you to do or say things you may regret later. Acknowledge that you have them, good, bad or indifferent. But don’t allow them to run your life today. You need to be in balance and in control to make sure you’re getting things done that need your attention.
Being overly excited or emotionally angry, is part of life. But how you feel is under your control. Don’t blame others for how you choose to be in this moment. No one “Makes” you feel this way or that. You make those choices all on your own.
But don’t be so hard on yourself for having emotions either. You’re an incarnated spirit who is here to experience life and having emotions are part of that experience. No one can be joyfully happy all the time. It’s not realistic and it’s not something anyone can do. So stop be angry at yourself and taking it out on others.
Instead, accept your emotions and acknowledge your feelings. Focus on balancing your reactions so you don’t make bad choices in a moment of extremes, no matter which side they’re on. You can even make the wrong move when you’re overwhelmed by glee, passion or excitement. So be cautious.
Too much of anything isn’t a good place to be, and that’s especially true today. You’re going to need to focus on keeping the pendulum in the middle so you can find an area of peace and calm. Don’t lash out, don’t give into temptation, don’t over indulge because you think you deserve it! You do, but today you’ll face consequences you do not want to engage in!!
The unexpected kiss, the sudden opportunity to take something you desire, or the moment of frustration that occurs when someone walks in the room and asks if you’re ok. All these will push your buttons today and you may not want the consequences that result from your actions to them.
Calm down. Take a deep breath and cleanse your soul. Imagine yourself in your spiritual sanctuary, surrounded by what you love most. Take time to align your energies to the Divine above and physical world below. Focus on being in balance. Allow your spirit to feel safe, secure and at peace with your own energy today. Things will feel much better tomorrow.
