Part of all struggle is mental thinking and perception. Stop looking at the lack and feeding energy to that aspect of the negative side of things. You have more than some and you’re much better off than others. Pay attention to what you do have and feed energy to the positive things in your life. You can make it rain abundance in all things, if only you’d change your self-doubt and worry. You’re going to be ok.
When you continually dwell on what you don’t have, you pull energy toward you to create more of the same. What you put out, you get back; isn’t simply a euphemism that works on what you think about others or put out toward those you don’t like. It includes all the things you see, say and do, especially to and about yourself.
Someone out there in the world has it a lot worse than you do and they are surviving every day. Your troubles are not the worst thing that can happen to a person. But you can make them even harder on yourself if you put all your energy into focusing on those things you don’t have. You also drain your energy, making yourself more tired and even weaker than you feel right now. All that brings more negativity and makes it harder to make mental and physical changes that will make things better. Just stop it! Stop wallowing in self pity.
