Don’t break the bridges of the past, you may need them for your future success. While you have some very strong relationships to support you in your coming endeavors, there are a few you maybe looking forward to cutting. Be careful who you distance yourself from. Some of those acquaintances maybe your saving grace in the months to come.
While you have two great partners in your basket to support you and help you move forward on your plans, you need those you’ve worked with before. Don’t burn your bridges! The next 8 months are crucial for building new relationships and strengthening old ones. Even though things are working out well to bring your plans together, there are some ‘necessary evils’ to maintain. Yes they’re annoying, yes they’re frustrating; but keeping them on your side will be 10 times better than making them an enemy and having to deal with the turmoil they can create for you.
Remember that sometimes success comes from not what you know, but who you know!
Which reminds me of another infamous phrase we used to use in the top 10 corporate world; It’s not what it says, it’s what it looks like that matters most.
