We Have Bats Up In Here!
So the cats are in the bathroom getting into something. I go in and find the shower curtain rod halfway down the wall. I go to push it back up and I notice this big brown something on the wall. Now it’s the bathroom, so the first I think is ..yeah..poop. How the hell did poop get on the wall?
Ok, so it wasn’t a rational thought and I look closer. Uh..How the heck did this little guy get in here?!!

After the realization that it was a bat, comes the heart pounding OMG!! Ok, how am I going to get him out of here without hurting him or getting me bitten? I ran the cats out of the bathroom and closed the door. Which in and of itself was also irrational, the bathroom door had been open for several hours and he didn’t come out. What Can Ladybugs Say
It’s spring time and that means all of nature is coming out of its long winter’s sleep. And that includes the Ladybug.
Seems like a lot of people have come across these formidable little creatures this year. I’ve received emails, messages and even one or two people in person have asked if I know what Ladybugs are trying to tell us when they come by.
According to Wikipedia:
The Ladybug is known as Coccinella magnifica
The Coccinellidae are a family of small beetles, ranging from 0.8 to 18 mm (0.0315 to 0.708 inches). They are commonly yellow, orange, or scarlet with small black spots on their wing covers, with black legs, heads and antennae. Such color patterns vary greatly, however; for example, a minority of species, such as Vibidia duodecimguttata, a twelve-spotted species, have whitish spots on a brown background. Coccinellids are found worldwide, with over 5,000 species described, more than 450 native to North America alone.

Today’s events will be wonderful and exciting for those who have been working toward change. But it could be hard and difficult for those who have been fighting to keep the status quo.
The Divine Universe has a way of pushing you forward even when you’re trying hard not to go there. If you’re holding onto old stuff that has no purpose or place in your life today, expect things to change. Even if you have to be forced into it, it’s going to happen.
The only constant in the universe is that things change. Don’t be afraid of moving forward and taking the next steps. Don’t be afraid of making changes you know need to be done. You’ve seen the writing on the wall. If you haven’t made efforts to let go and move on, today and through the weekend, you’ll be pushed toward the place and direction you need to be going. Rule with fairness as you watch over your domain. Be calm and attentive, but don’t make decisions until you understand the entire story. There are little details hidden in the shadows that you’re going to need to be aware of. Take time to look for them and then you can make informed decisions.

It’s not a day for contracts, promises or even verbal agreements. So if you can put off decisions until tomorrow, you may want to do just that. It will give you time to read the fine print, research issues or similar agreements, and make sure you have all your bases covered.
Some hidden facts need to be uncovered before you dive into long term agreements head-long. Understand the full scope of what you’re agreeing to before you shake hands, sign your name and pop the cork to celebrate. Getting out of a contract is equally important is what you’re getting into. So you may want to make sure you have an exit strategy.
Some details may simply be obscured and uncovering them will make the picture bigger. They may not change your mind about the decision you’ll be making, but they could uncover fine print that you want removed and don’t want to agree to. Removing it now will save you a good deal of trouble later.

You are in control of your domain, so stop blaming others for things not going exactly as you wanted. You can’t hide from your responsibilities and then expect things to turn out the way you need them too. Leave the excuses behind and let healing begin. If you look into your heart, you’ll see you already knew all this. Make sure you’re giving attention to what you need to get done and do it. You’ll be ok, so don’t be afraid to make the calls, fill out the paper work or bring things to resolution.
Additional Insight:
You are the one making the choices that direct your path. Even making a choice to do nothing or leave it to someone else is your decision. If they don’t carry the ball, remember you could have been there to nudge them forward. You could have asked for it back so you could hand off the task to someone more reliable.
There are many options we’re presented with in a day. When activities must get done, it’s up to us to work on them and make sure they get done. The Priest isn’t talking about doing the dishes, mowing the lawn or running to the store for that special box of icing. Those things aren’t worth getting angry about.
He’s talking about what you hold in your heart that means the most to you. Your home, your well-being, your kids, and everyone’s safety and security. Those are the real important things you must pay attention to and watch over. Continue reading

The Misty Faery Portal

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, a young woman was lost and walked along a barren path in the middle of a misty forest. She wasn’t lost from her home or village, but from her heart and mind.
Her spirit was broken by struggle and hardship, tragedy and sorrow. She wandered through the woods in search of something, but she did not know what it was. Only knowing that she could never find it. She always returned late each afternoon to her tiny modest shack on the edge of the forest. A simple place that she called her house. A place that was remote and far from everyone and everything.
One night she sat before the fire and tried to stay warm and dry amidst the leaky roof as a storm raged outside. She began to cry and spoke out loud, to whom she did not know.
“Please help me find my way. Help me find the home where I belong. Give me the materials to make beautiful cloths and a garden that can fill my plate at night”. Through her tears and grumbling stomach, she sobbed as the night waned. Finally, falling asleep in the wee hours of the morning, weary and weak from exhaustion. Continue reading

Check on your projects as the moon rises and you’ll be able to close out items on your list that you thought would never be completed. It’s a day to be content as the moon brings light into the darkness you’ve passed through these oh so many nights.

Your magik shines most brightly at night, so it stands to reason that your plate will be filled as needed by the rise of the moon. Here on the east coast of the United States, moon rise for tonight is technically on Wednesday at 1:29am. A sign that patience is warranted for today.
Don’t let your day dreams fall into the worst scenarios or be influenced by your stress and anxiety. You’ll do nothing but create a spree of negative energy that will circle back into your life. You’ve worked to hard to change things around, keep the positive thoughts flowing forward.
Let the wolf within howl at Grandmother Moon this evening. You’ll have much to sing about and all those things you dreaded to think will not come to pass. Don’t worry about feeling foolish, focus on being optimistic and trusting in your ability to create the world you need. And remember that what you “want” isn’t always the same as what you “need”. So be open to opportunities to learn something new and share the perspectives that others have to teach you.
By daylight you’ll feel much better about the things you’ve accomplished, along with the fortitude and the strength you have shown. Never giving up faith that things have to turn around, remember you made it happen. Celebrate your ability to create through your alignment with the Divine in your life. And share these blessings with those you care about the most. The Divine Universe might just be using you as a vehicle for salvation for many who are struggling around you. It’s a good day to remember this years motto: I am at peace and live in the moment with all the prosperity and abundance I require! And so it is.

Don’t be afraid to spread your wings and hold onto the handle of your prize. You have the strength, knowledge and ability to lift way more than you think. No one can hold onto what you’ve earned and keep you from taking it or using it. Justice is on your side today. So don’t be sheepish when asking for your due. Be polite, but be confident and firm. Could be someone simply forgot about your agreement and they’ll appreciate the reminder.
Additional Insight:
Others may try to undermine your confidence today, but don’t let them. You’ve achieved a great goal and you’ve worked too hard to have someone else deflate your balloon. Their negative talk is based on their own internal fears and anxieties. So let them carry that burden while you spread your wings and fly.
You don’t have to be angry or upset with them. You can try to understand where they’re coming from. Perhaps they’re afraid of you leaving, while they stay behind and watch you fly off never to return. Perhaps they’re scared of you taking their place, because you have achieved more than they have. Perhaps they simply forgot what they agreed to many moons ago and need a gentle reminder that you’re owed a prize.
Whatever their reason, don’t let it hold you down from soaring. You are much stronger than you’re giving yourself credit for. You know more than you realize and you simply need to start putting all that into practice so you can prove to yourself that you really can do this. But it’s time to put action behind your thoughts.
