Name calling, looking down your nose at others and two faced attitudes only breed further contempt and conflict. Be the one who stands out in the crowd, in the town square, the office or at home. Real leaders speak for themselves and don’t get embroiled in the rhetoric of prognosticators or other opinionated commentators. There’s always a reason behind every issue and all sides have their perspectives. Making judgements on half the story only makes you part of the problem and increases the size of the battle.

A true leader hears all sides and makes an effort to understand all positions without judgement. The spiritual leader accepts all arguments with tolerance and understanding, even when they don’t agree. Showing respect and love to everyone without negative evaluation or assumption.

If you try to chain the King of the Beasts, you’ll only fight against their efforts to pull away and be free. It’s a struggle you won’t win. Watch your steps and don’t get into a skirmish you don’t belong in. You can be supportive quietly, hidden and behind the scenes. But this is not your fight and you don’t need to be involved. Let others carry the banner into the battle today, while you focus on your own kingdom and the mission at hand. Don’t let this distraction take you way from what’s important in your life.

Additional Insight:

Don’t allow the anxiety of others to manipulate your emotions. They have underlying motives that aren’t what you would support in the slightest. Make sure you do your research before you believe everything they say at face value.

Some will try to make their condition worse than it really is. Some will try to play the victim when it’s their own choices that have put them into the situations their in. Some are opposed simply because they hate the other side. And still others are out-and-out lying to gain support so they can gain control and turn the tables in their favor.

Regardless of the reasons or motives, these situations are not your fight and you don’t really know all the facts behind what you’re being told. Don’t be so easily controlled by their passionate anger, intolerance and/or hate.

If you do your research and discover the facts are something you can support, do so quietly. Remember that what you express to the world will be held up next to your character and reputation. It will live with you for a very long time, thanks to the internet. It will never go away and you will never be able to take it back. You can coast along and hope you have enough momentum to get where you need to be. Or you can light the rockets and soar above the clouds to your destination. Take control and lead the way with energy to spare. You are the one who must do this, because no one else is going to do it for you.

Additional Insight:

Don’t dredge along hoping you’ve done enough to get to the end. You’ll short change yourself and wind up a dollar short and a day late. Now is not the time to procrastinate. You don’t even have to anticipate what you need, because you already know. You have a list, you have a stack of letters and they both need to get done in order to resolve the current state of affairs.

Stop letting your worry make you weary and get over it already. The longer you wait, the harder the struggle will be. Bite the bullet and face the music. It’s not that bad of a mistake anyway. Stop beating yourself up and simply address the problem. No need to make the mole hill into a giant mountain.

You have the ability to shine amongst all the others around you. You can stand out as the “can do”, “go to”, reliable person that gets things done through innovative solutions. Here’s a task that isn’t even that tough to deal with and you’ve allowed it to freeze you in place.

This is not the straw that broke the camels back. It’s not even a set back. It’s nothing more than life making its way and fighting through crowd to get ahead of the game. Don’t allow the negative influences to rush you into making choices you don’t want to make. They’re nipping at your heels and trying to take away the time you have to get things done. Their game is running against their efforts and they’re becoming desperate. It’s about time the shoe was on the other foot. Keep to your plans and stick to your goals. You’ll win out in the end.

No one is going to clog up your work and stop the gears from moving in your favor. You’ve paid your dues and the light of the Moon is on your side. Try as they might, your adversary won’t stop the manifestation of that Divine energy.

Take time to see clearly what’s really going on. You’re allowing worry and strain to reflect its darkness back into your world. If you keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, it will. So stop thinking it’s going to get lost in the first place.

Keep your focus on the plans you’ve laid. Shine the light on the road before you and you’ll see the way clearly to the other side. Take responsibility for the things you have to do or the things you didn’t do and make corrections as needed. Because some of this is you.

Don’t pass the buck today or for the rest of the week. You have forms to fill out and letters to mail. Get it done and you’ll lift a great weight from your shoulders. Shield yourself with healing, not with anger or animosity. You can be the bearer of good news by showing compassion, even to those who try to hurt you. They’re carrying their own baggage and something may have happened that triggered their negative actions. It happens to you too. Don’t you wish someone would put a hand on your shoulder and say “It’s going to be ok.”? What you put out, you get back.

Additional Insight:

The soothing glow of green brings healing. Surround yourself with it and you can find the peace and compassion to forgive, let go and heal. It’s as much for you as it is for anyone around you. So show some compassion to those who are having a tough time and you’ll receive that kindness back into your world.

It’s easy to stand on the sidelines and judge others by their knee jerk reactions. But like you, others have their own experiences that hurt their heart and cause them pain. There could be a much bigger story going on than meets the eye.

Remember that what faces you today is a reflection of yourself. Either your past or your current nature is being presented to you. Look in the mirror and you’ll be seeing what you do or have done in the past. Don’t be something you’re not. Be yourself and others will hold you with respect and kindness. Stick to what you know. There’s nothing wrong with learning along side others. Share your knowledge together and be open to learning new things with humility and excitement.

Additional Insight:

Everyone has to start somewhere. No one, no matter how adept or experienced, knows everything. True wisdom is brought about by reading, research and practicing what you’ve learned for an extended period of time. But remember there are always alternative ways to do things.

Whither you’re still learning, but you want to stand up and lead; or you’ve gained the knowledge and need to step up and share what you’ve learned, remember that being humble is the way to true wisdom. Even experts have things to learn. So don’t be too in a rush to correct others and what they think they know.

The person who believes their way is the only way, really knows very little. Don’t be closed-minded and turn away from new ideas. You never know where you might find inspiration. You don’t have to agree with the alternative, but listen to it and learn from it. It could cause you to ask questions you’ve never thought of before.

Remember that what you say and do has consequences. Being something you aren’t, especially trying to be a leader or expert, when you don’t have the knowledge that goes behind it, brings karmic debt. Don’t take a chance on trying to run before you’re even ready to walk. You don’t want to damage your reputation for the future. Be humble. Be honest. “I don’t know” isn’t a fault or a failure. Get out. A change of scenery will do you good. Open your perspectives to bigger ideas and nurture your curiosity to grow. Be the leader of your own journey with humble authority and confidence. Take time to learn something new, or visit with family and friends. You’ve been hiding away inside for too long. Enjoy the fresh air and have an adventure.

You don’t have to stay inside the hive to get things done. At some point you have to do some work outside in order to maintain a healthy hive for your family and yourself. Set up preparations for expanding and sharing your knowledge. You’ve learned a great deal in the past year. Be an inspiration and help others who are still working through their struggles. And open your own mind to open new doorways and perspectives.

But be cautious of the role you take on and use your position with humility. Work to empower those who cross your path. Your mission isn’t to win favor or elevate your status. Standing on pedestal is not where you want to be. It’s a long fall from that platform and there will be others who go out of their way to knock you off.

Dive in, the water is fine. Don’t be afraid of the things that might go wrong. Be excited about all the things that might go right. The future is not set in stone. Your choices and your thoughts create what lay before you. Take a chance and give your self the opportunity to discover what kind of person you can become when you dance your own dance. Dream your dream and give yourself the chance to create it in reality.

Beneath the surface you’re fun, ambitious and whimsical. It’s ok to let those characteristics out for all to see. Don’t be afraid of being foolish or being laughed at. So what if others don’t understand. You’re not living in their “box”. Don’t let them define you. Put fear aside and dance your way into happiness and success. For your dance holds the magik that can make dreams come true.

Let yourself be who you really are and stop trying to be what others expect you to be. Allow yourself the freedom to take a chance on you. Those who refuse to be by your side, aren’t good enough to have you in their lives anyway. Let their baggage stay with them, while you move on to greater adventures.

You’re more than willing to give others that freedom and accept them for who they really are. Why not give that same trust and love to yourself?
