Stop crying over spilt milk. You can’t go back and change what has happened. All you can do is learn from the past and make sure you apply their lessons to the here and now. Not all of your cups are empty. You still have the important things. Now dry your tears, stop feeling sorry for yourself, buck up and get to work. Time is of the essence.
Hiding your eyes and putting things off isn’t going to win the current battle. All it’s going to do is lose time and put more pressure on you to get a lot done in a short amount of time. Stop wasting it and do what you know needs to be done. You’ll manage the stress a lot better if you simply look where you’re going.
Whether you realize it or not, there’s a purpose to all that you’re going through. You may not know what it is for some time, but the answer will become clear eventually. If you keep repeating your pattern of procrastination, you’ll only prolong the agony. And the continual struggle could tear apart the one thing that means the most to you.
