Ride ’em Cowboy! When you have the knowledge and insight behind the real story, you don’t have to take on the criticism of those that have no idea what’s going on. Instead of allowing their hate and anger get into your head; be amused and play as you dodge their attempts to bait you into a fight. They’re not worth the effort to get upset over. You’re the one who has truth and knowledge on your side. Besides, they’ll be the ones who get upset by your laughing at them in response. They really hate that.

Additional Insight:

Don’t worry so much about the opinions of those who don’t know you, don’t care about the truth or seek the truth for the sake of real justice. They have an agenda and if you allow their negativity into your world, you’ll be giving them exactly what they want.

Focus instead on your true friends, family and even the fans you have out there. We all have them. No matter what our walk in life, we all have fans who cheer for us when we do well, have a heavy heart when we don’t. And maybe even cry with us when we’re sad and struggling.

Out there in the world there are people who admire the strength, determination and fortitude it takes to face challenges and overcome struggles. You might even have someone like that in your life. That person who you look up to and admire. Use their courage as inspiration for your own struggles. Think of the challenges they have faced and overcome. Then apply those same character traits you hold respect for to the path in front of you. If they can do it; so can you!

No matter who you are or what status you have in the public eye, you are never going to please everyone. That’s their problem, not yours. Turn off the recorder in your head and stop taking in the negativity that your detractors are throwing at you. You’re not going to change their minds. Even when you’re proven right. They will see what they want, hear what they want and think what they want. No matter what the facts or the evidence says to back up your story. It’s their choice to look hateful and foolish. Don’t try to take that away from them. Because they really have earned it and deserve the consequences that come with it.

You’ve ridden this pony before and you came out of it a better person. You learned about yourself and what you can handle. The situation you face now, is different this time, because you’re wiser and smarter than before. You learned from your past experiences and you know what needs to be done to stand tall and ride it out. This time you’ve been put here at no fault of your own and by the hands of others. An innocent bystander who got caught up in someone else’s karma. The Divine Universe isn’t going to let you fall and lose this battle.

Take a deep breath, take a few minutes to clear the energy you’ve pulled inside you from the negative nay-sayers and let it go. It has no purpose for you any longer. Release your own self doubts and self punishing thoughts. Making yourself feel guilty because of the actions of someone else isn’t going to return you to your original course.

While others may also be hurting, you can’t help them. Not when all the ‘blame’ is directed at you. Stand up straight, rise above the narrow minded opinions and ride the wings of strength. You’ll be able to win the day, with a little more patience and compassion for yourself. The games are coming to a close and you’ll be the one standing in victory lane.

A Little Numerological Insight:
When I posted today’s card, I was notified that this is the 1,114th post here on Reflections. That number, at least the last part of it, has some meaning for me in my life. So I thought I’d look behind it for some insight.

If you’ve seen my number insights before you know that Mathematics is the only language shared by all humans regardless of culture, religion, or gender. Numerology is the study of the divine or mystical relationship between a count or measurement and life. It has many systems and traditions and beliefs. My practice of numerology is Shamanistic Numerology that’s based on Celtic and North American Shamanistic teachings. It’s not the only method, the best method or the true method. It’s simply one of many methods and one that resonates most with me and my personal perspectives of the Divine and the world we live in.

From a Shamanistic Numerology standpoint, today’s number is a Sub-Prime number and as a numerical number it represents the spiritual aspect of this event.

Seven – The number of higher existence, the Divine realm (as in 7th Heaven), the spiritual world or spiritual body.

• This number is associated with Saturn.
• This number is associated with the Willow Tree.
• This number is associated with the Beaver.
• It represents the Divine within (the higher consciousness), The Divine Universe as a whole (all consciousness connected). It’s more of a Divine place, rather than entity.  Such as Avalon, Heaven, Valhalla etc.
• Positive Direction: 7 places an emphasis on the esoteric, scholarly aspects of magik. It represents wisdom and knowledge, a higher view or long term vision of things. The understanding of being accountable for your choices and actions, but not through making critical judgements.
• Negative Direction: 7 can place too much importance on knowledge without exercising its wisdom. Brutally honest at times when there needs to be a soft touch of compassion. Though 7 doesn’t often make negative judgements, the need to be needed and helpful can get one into trouble.

If I were to pull one sentence out of that summary and apply it today’s tarot message it would be this:
The understanding of being accountable for your choices and actions, but not through making critical judgements.

Be accountable, but don’t be so critical of yourself that you take on the blame for something that wasn’t yours to be accountable for in the first place.
