Even the head of the Clan needs healing and compassion from time to time. You can’t hide from the world when you’re the one everyone else looks up to. Your emotions and state of mind governs the atmosphere of all those within your world. It maybe hard for you, but you can allow those close to you to help out and give you comfort. You’re not alone and you’re not doing yourself any favors by suffering alone in solitude.
Additional Insight:
Whither you’re Mom, Dad, or the Boss; your energy sets the pace of your part of the world. How you feel and move through the day impacts all those close to you, but it may also extend to those you don’t even know.
When you’re the one at the top of the ladder, others are looking up to you when things go right. But even if you know it or not, they also look up to and wonder how they can help or support you when things are going wrong. Some may simply want to give you a hug, to let you know they care.
We don’t always understand the challenges that fall on our path. Are they karmic? Are they deeds that we created through choices we made years ago? Or did we get caught up in the consequences of someone else’s actions? At no fault of our own, we can sometimes pay a high price for the mistakes that others make. And we can’t see the answers to the questions, why? Why me? Why now?
When you’re the Leader of the Clan, many will look up to you and feel you’re unapproachable, especially in times of stress. They don’t want to over step their bounds. They don’t want to make you feel more uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable situation. Some will be able to amplify their compassion and send it directly to your heart while you may not even know it’s happening. But at the very least, you should know you’re not alone. There are those who care about you and support you with their thoughts, energetic compassion and love.
Reach out to someone you feel you can talk to and share your thoughts with in safety and security. Let out your feelings and don’t keep it bottled up where it can eat you away and prolong your suffering. If you feel you don’t have someone in your life that you speak with, don’t hesitate to find a professional counselor or even a licensed, ordained and practicing Priest. There are even places online where you can find someone to listen to your tale and help you cry without judgment.
No matter what the situation, allow someone you trust or feel connected to, room to walk in your door and let you know it’s going to be ok. You will take time to heal, but it will get better. And you will take the lessons you’ve learned from this situation and share them with others in the future. Sometimes we go through hard lessons today, to gain wisdom for those who are faced with the same challenge tomorrow, but who may not have your large network of compassion and caring. It will get better. A little bit more each day you move forward.
