Love this book. Spring has a great way of putting the confusing topics of metaphysics into clear and concise language for anyone to understand. She gives you a place to start and leads you through the beginning concepts of the Divine Universe and guides your path to finding your own way. You can discover your personal spiritual guides, your own higher consciousness and the energy within. Highly recommend this book.

Most books on paganism begin with descriptions of holidays, spells or rituals. Few, if any, start at the beginning and explain the foundation of belief that sits beneath those practices. This book does that from the beginning. It truly is a great place to start for The Beginning of Enlightenment. I love that she continues to write her insights on her blog Springwolf Reflections!

I’ve been on the path for over a decade and this book still gave me a lot to think about. It fills in gaps I’ve had for a long time about how things are related and how we can develop our own empowerment. There’s much here to learn for all levels of knowledge.

This book filled in so many gaps in my spiritual understanding, some of which I didn’t even realize I had. The self questionnaire is excellent and helps address those gaps and gives you a list of study to pursue. Then the book helps to answer those questions. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

I was given this book for Yule and once I started reading, I couldn’t put it down. It puts what some think of as complicated subjects into layman’s terms, easy to understand with great examples. Looking forward to more from this series.

Spring’s book contains many concepts of theory, research and knowledge that are new to me. This was an exciting discovery and one I really loved reading. At the very least it opened some new doors to concepts that I had not contemplated before.

This book is a good intro to meditation and a system of the chakras I had not seen before, as well as other metaphysical concepts. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who is interested in metaphysical studies.

Springwolf makes clear that part of her goal in writing this book is to “fill some gaps or open new avenues of thought that you may not have thought of before.” She certainly did for me. You will need an open mind and be willing to work with some new ideas to use this book successfully.
