Once again you need to pay attention to the flow of your thoughts. Things are not upside as your anxiety is telling you. Stop expecting the bottom to fall out or you will make it happen! Keep within your means, do what you can and you’ll control your environment with ease. Letting go doesn’t mean throwing caution to the wind. It means actively participating in the here and now, to focus on your positive future.

Don’t create a self-fulfilling prophecy. Letting go of your anxiety doesn’t mean you can ignore your budget or your work load. It means you must release the negative thoughts that hold you back from taking care of those things in your own life and being consciously responsible for your choices.
You can’t throw caution to the wind, say I let go and let ‘God’ and then go out and spend what you know you don’t have. You must live in the here and now, with an eye on the future. Swinging the pendulum to the other side of the extreme is no better than living without. Today strive for the balance in the middle.
Focus on the even keel and you’ll discover you’re not losing things from your baskets, but rather adding to them. Your anxiety won’t get the best of you, because you’re being accountable. You’re reasoning things out and setting up a plan to have the little things you desire, while still working on the really big things. And you will be able to do both, if you keep calm.
