Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Four of Pentacles

4 of Pentacles
Be careful of those who continually want to get something from nothing. Your hard work in the field is rewarding, but that doesn’t mean it’s free. Watch out for those who try to take advantage of your dedication, skill and good nature. Someone is trying to reap your rewards and claim the work as their own! Pay attention to your world, today and through the weekend. There’s no rest for the weary right now.

Additional Insight:

While you are enjoying the view of your hard work, someone is trying to steal your glory. Don’t let them get away with it! Pay attention over the next four days and keep an eye on your bounty. The adversary can sneak in and take what they please if you don’t. And they will use that to their advantage!

Right now you need the recognition you deserve to set up the foundation for your next project. So you must remain vigilant even though you need the rest. Don’t worry; you’ll be past this battle soon and you’ll have plenty of time to lay in the sun and soak in some much needed relaxation. And that recognition is also needed for a boost of self confidence. Sometimes it is nice when others give you a pat on the back and recognize all that you’ve done and all that you’re doing. But don’t forget to do that for others too.

You’ve worked too hard to give up now.  Be proud of your accomplishments. Be thankful for the small gifts that come back along the way. But don’t let someone else steal the big prize right when it’s finally coming your way!

Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: Four of Swords

Four of Swords

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Allow yourself to be cradled in love and compassion. Rest and release the stress that has overwhelmed you and taken the color of joy out of your life. You are not alone, you will always be held by your inner spirit and the Divine in your life. So while it may seem like everything has come crashing in, you will survive and your kingdom will find brightness again.

Additional Insight:

There are many ways to release stress from your life. Meditation, exercise, even giving yourself permission to have a good cry can help you let go of all that you’ve held inside. The only real constant in the Divine Universe is change. So while things are hard today, and the stress of loss or struggle seems to hang over your head, know it will not last forever.

Don’t allow your fear and anxiety to get the best of you now. Don’t lose faith in your beliefs, or in yourself. Rather now is the time to fall back on what you believe and to remember you are never alone in your fight to survive.

Start your day with a smile, even though it maybe hard and a simply affirmation to remind you that you can and will get through this!

I can because I am one with the Divine Universe
I choose to live with joy in the here and now.
I face each and every day with empowerment and love.
And So It Is.

Four of Swords - Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Rest in the arms of your inner self and be at peace with your own self love. It’s not the approval of others, the pat on the head or the compassion from outside your self that you need today. It’s caring, compassion and less self judgement and criticisms that you should focus on. Today is your day to be your own best friend and remember how great of a friend you really are.

Additional Insight:

Don’t help others criticize you. You need someone to stand up for you and show compassion, understanding and support. There’s no one better to that than your own inner spiritual self. So show yourself some love, kindness and caring.

But don’t let your self love turn to arrogance and superior ego. Be cautious of how you express your confidence and strength in yourself. It’s a fine line sometimes; but no matter how you try to be humble, others will see arrogance while others see confidence. And often it’s not about ‘you’ but rather their own view and perspective of themselves.

Four of Cups Inverted

Mystic Faery Tarot by Linda Ravenscroft

Fan the flames and you risk losing everything. Let the pouters pout, let the childish ones act childish. Walk away and go on about your business. Keep your distance if you have to, but don’t feed the fire and add to the heated rhetoric! Avoid the conflict!!

Additional Insight:

Petty distractions will only keep you from doing what needs to be done. Don’t allow the mood of others to spill over into your day and stink up your garden. Let them rant and rave, but don’t allow them to bait you into an argument and pull you down to their level. Their issue isn’t really about you or what you’re doing. They’re simply trying to push your buttons and make you as miserable as they are. Give them the silent treatment today. Avoid their calls and childish actions. Things will calm down tomorrow and you can share some laughs again.
