Showing compassion and respect to all things is the key to living in concert with the world around you. Be brave and stand up to the inappropriate comments that others make. It might be a joke, but it’s not funny if it propagates intolerance and hate. Stand up for peace, acceptance and compassion. Walk your talk and be careful how you “like”, “share” and support the voices of others.

There aren’t many things worse than being a hypocrite. You can’t talk a good talk and proclaim your side of the argument is the only perspective and built on love and compassion, then turn around and spread visceral intolerance. So be careful who you judge today.  You could be showing your true colors and place the biggest judgement on yourself.

Our world has become a culture of fear mongering in order to gain favor one side of the argument over the other. Spreading hate, intolerance, and a deep seeded agitation for anything that’s different. It’s easier to scare others and destroy bridges that have been made to advance the journey.

But it takes real work and contemplation to build something that lasts through the ages. Creation is a difficult task. That’s why those who don’t have the fortitude want you paying attention to the anxiety. They don’t have the answers, but they’re greedy for the control the creation enjoys. They simply don’t know how, or don’t want to work for it.

Don’t be the person who perpetuates the problem or shines a light on the failure. Be the one who has the answers to possible solutions that create harmony and abundance. Be the one who isn’t afraid to try or who reaches out to the other side to find the common ground that builds compromise for the differences.

Use your strengths to lead by example, be the hero that stands up to the laziness of others who use rhetoric to control the situation. Don’t be afraid to offer solutions and share your insights and wisdom today. You might be very surprised at how far your ideas can take you and where it might lead.

Be the example of your own ideas and put them into practice. Lead by doing the work yourself and showing others how easy it can be done. You’ll end the day with a peaceful heart and the respect of many.

A Little Numerological Insight:
This is the 1430th post on Reflections and for some reason that number caught my attention.

If you’ve seen my number insights before you know that Mathematics is the only language shared by all humans regardless of culture, religion, or gender. Numerology is the study of the divine or mystical relationship between a count or measurement and life. It has many systems and traditions and beliefs. My practice of numerology is Shamanistic Numerology that’s based on Celtic and North American Shamanistic teachings. It’s not the only method, the best method or the true method. It’s simply one of many methods and one that resonates most with me and my personal perspectives of the Divine and the world we live in.

A quick review; Prime numbers are those numbers that are specific to you, your birthday, social security or other numbers that will stick with you throughout your lifetime. Sub-Prime numbers are numbers associated with you that change over time. Your phone number, an employee number, drivers license number and other things like that.  A date falls into the category of Sub-Prime, because it only comes around once and quickly changes to the next day in the scheme of your lifetime.

From a Shamanistic Numerology standpoint, today’s number is a Sub-Prime number and as a numerical number it represents the spiritual aspect of the day.

Eight – The number of infinity, the infinite possibilities, breaking barriers, always moving.

• This number is associated with Pluto.
• This number is associated with the Hawthorne Tree.
• This number is associated with the Deer.
• It represents our ability to strive for things, be they personal, family, professional.
• Positive Direction: When 8 is in your life it can represent a time to strive on, use innovation to overcome challenges. Endurance is a big thing with the number 8, as that effort to continue can bring great success in physical matters of profession, abundance and finance.
• Negative Direction: In reverse 8 can indicate stagnation, constantly digging a hole that’s hard to get out of. Refusal to see how patterns create dis-ease and strife. Always giving up because there’s too much in the way.

Well that does seem fitting for today’s message.
