Take time to pay attention to what your body is telling you. Listening to your physical self and look into the underlying message your illness or ailment is trying to share can be as important as understanding modern test results. Even the most successful person can be out of sync within their being. Allow your entire self, Mind, Body and Spirit to heal and work in harmony for better health. Give yourself a moment to live in balance and practice the “As above So below” concepts in your every day life.
How we think creates how we feel, but too often modern medicine only focuses on the physical condition alone. It’s up to you to take the next step and remember to look beyond the numbers of the test results. It’s your health, you should be the one paying the most attention to it.
The “As above So below” approach when it comes to treating the whole totality of a person’s health is nothing new. But it maybe a new concept to some people here in the Western world. Though it is coming back through lessons of being Mindful and paying attention to how you think through out the day.
Remember you are a part physical and part spiritual being. Learning to balance those two selves helps us to take notice of our detrimental thinking that often causes us pain and strain that impacts our health. No amount of medicine or medical treatment will alter the course of an ailment if we’re not willing to make the mental changes in our thinking that goes a long with it.
We can walk a path of success in the physical world and seem fine to all those around us. But we each have a hidden place within that holds an issue we allow to record the negative and replay it over and over in your head. That pattern of thinking creates the uneasiness we in our overall physical body through the creation of “dis-ease”. No one can change that thinking for you. No one can alter their life or attitude to validate your thoughts. It’s entirely up to you and how you proceed not only through today, but through your week, year and life.
Set some time aside and do a little research about your particular ailment. What is it trying to tell you? What negative thought pattern do you need to address and change? Discover the ailment message and you can begin the healing process to forgive, love and let go to a better and healthier you. Choose to live in balance and listen to yourself for the betterment of your mindful thoughts, your physical body and your spiritual self.
