The “As above So below” approach when it comes to treating the whole totality of a person’s health is nothing new. But it maybe a new concept to some people here in the Western world. Remember you are a part physical and part spiritual being. Learning to balance those two selves helps us to take notice of our detrimental thinking that often causes us pain and strain that impacts our health. No amount of medicine or medical treatment will alter the course of an ailment if we’re not willing to make the mental changes in our thinking that goes a long with it.
