Be careful you’re not clogging up the works with your attitude. Don’t allow your fight with the weather related aches and pains over shadow your every mood.  Make an effort to be in balance today and everything will work out fine. Create a harmonious concert between Mind, Body and Spirit and things will go smoothly.

Take a moment to balance out your energies and wash the bad mood away in the shower. Imagine the warm water is a refreshing waterfall of white light purifying your body and washing away all the stress and anxiety. See if filling you with the pure yellow energy of success.

As you turn off the water, imagine the steam raising up from your skin to create a compassionate pink and gold protective energy shield. See all the colors of light gently moving in a clockwise motion in and around your body, maintaining you through the day.

If you do need something to slow down, you’ll have a better chance making it happen from a place of calm spiritual unity. Letting yourself build on anger and stress won’t get you what you want and will probably make things worse.

You don’t have to stay pissed at the world if you got up on the wrong side of the bed. You are an intelligent creature with a concise mind that has free will and choice. If you don’t want to feel angry, then make the Mindful effort not to be. That’s all there is to it.

Go out and make it a good day. How you think, what you say and do will impact what comes your way. You create the world around you for the here and now, tomorrow, next week, and into your future. It all starts now in this very moment in time.

A Little Numerological Insight:

This is the 1,333rd post on Reflections. The pattern of that number caught my attention today.

If you’ve seen my number insights before you know that Mathematics is the only language shared by all humans regardless of culture, religion, or gender. Numerology is the study of the divine or mystical relationship between a count or measurement and life. It has many systems and traditions and beliefs. My practice of numerology is Shamanistic Numerology that’s based on Celtic and North American Shamanistic teachings. It’s not the only method, the best method or the true method. It’s simply one of many methods and one that resonates most with me and my personal perspectives of the Divine and the world we live in.

From a Shamanistic Numerology standpoint, today’s number is a Sub-Prime number and as a numerical number it represents the spiritual aspect of this event.

One – The number of individualism, independence, the self, the physical body and contentment, the start and beginning.

• This number is associated with the Sun.
• This number is associated with the Reed Tree.
• This number is associated with the Snake.
• It represents the physical world and masculine energy.
• Positive direction: When the ‘1’ enters your life it represents confidence, self respect and empowerment. It denotes new projects or situations that are present. Consider the physical implications or impacts and how they will direct the path forward. What new conditions will be created, what old situations will need to be released.
• Negative Direction: In reverse 1 indicates loneliness, feeling lost, self-doubt, poor self-confidence and illness. It shows the path of stagnation and a refusal to break old patterns that have proven to be detrimental.

That definitely fits today’s message.
