You will find what you need if you relax and allow it to come to you. Your stress and anxiety builds a shield of doubt and negativity around you. Like a bubble it keeps out the things you need the most. Relax, listen, appreciate what you have and allow those close to you to express both their worries and ideas. They can help you achieve your goals faster than you think possible.
Support is a two way street. Don’t lose what you need most, because you are so busy trying to get what you want.
You’re not the only one struggling to make things happen. While your focus is about what’s on your shoulders, don’t forget someone else is sharing your burden. Careful you don’t shut them out and ignore the support they need to help you.
Everyone needs someone to talk to, whiter it’s to share worries or concerns. Or to express ideas and views. Everyone wants to be heard. It’s not always about you.
The worry and burdens you feel on your shoulders can bury you so far down that you forget you’re not the only one who’s trying to hold them up. Be cautious in how you try to meet your responsibilities. You may find the one person that was there helping you hold up the world, has walked away under their own strain and stress. You might find not only a heavier world; but a greater loss of what you needed and wanted in your life has gone.
