Be supportive by showing compassion and try talking about the mistakes from your own life. Use yourself as an example, but stay away from the mistakes you think you see in others. What you might see as an error in judgement, could be that persons willingness to take a brave chance to achieve their dream. It may not be your dream, but then again, it’s not your life either.
