You can be a mighty force on the outside, who appears to be strong and capable in the face of all things. But still be weak and full of fear within your being. Stop focusing on the anxiety and release the trepidation. Allow yourself to heal within and believe the image you project to the world. You are indeed a strong and able person who can conquer any challenge. Believe it.
Additional Insight:
The more you build up shields out of fear, emotional or otherwise, you trap the cause of that fear within yourself. Break down the walls and focus on healing your inner-self and what causes the anxiety in the first place.
Those who are afraid to be alone, tend to make bad or negative choices out of desperation. So learn to be your own best friend and love yourself.
Those who are afraid of not having enough, tend to hoard and never find the blessings in the little things that come their way. They never have enough and are constantly dissatisfied with all things around them.
Those who are afraid of losing what they have, often squeeze it so tightly that it slips through their fingers and can’t be recovered. Then they find it harder to replace what they lost.
Fear causes us to do some pretty silly things. Yet we rarely take time to look back and discover the underlying cause of that fear. Until we heal those old wounds and replace them with inner strength and confidence, we can never overcome their hold on our life. We constantly repeat the negative patterns and never learn the lessons they try to teach us.
Take some time to look within and heal those things that you fear the most. Create an affirmation to replace the negative fear with positive strengths. Practice what you preach. Love yourself. Become your own best friend and break the pattern of lack and loss. Only you can do it. No one else is going to “make” you happy. You must open the door and allow happiness to walk in with open arms, appreciation and acceptance.
