Today’s Tarot Meditation Drawing: The Magician – Inverted

The Gilded Tarot by Ciro Marchetti - The Magician I - Inverted

Don’t simply give lip service to what you believe. Practice what you preach. You’re great at giving advice to others, how about taking some of that to heart. Look inside, peak under the glass and discover what you have to learn about yourself. It’s not as scary as you think and you will heal, grow and expand your awareness of the world around you.

Additional Insight:

It’s never to late to re-examine your choices and your life. We all should take time to see where we’ve been, where we came from, how much we’ve grown and how much we still have to go. Telling others to do this, but not doing it yourself, keeps you in a place of stagnation and frustration.

When you put patterns into your life to live your beliefs, they become part of you, part of who you are and what you are. Many people talk the talk of being a spiritual being. Some put their beliefs into practice once a week, or only when they’re conducting rituals. Many forget that walking a spiritual path means walking it every moment of your life. It’s not enough to give it lip service to impress your friends, or give yourself a false sense of “living right”. It means “Walking Your Talk”.

Pretending you don’t have issues to heal doesn’t make them go away. Nor does it allow you to overcome their long lasting effects on your life. It only means hiding the anchor that’s holding you back hoping no one else will notice it either. But just as you might be able to see the blocks others have put up in their lives, some can see the boulders you’ve created in your life.

Listen to those who know you and care deeply about you. Take some time to think about their observations and what they’ve noticed about your actions. You’ve changed a great deal and for the better in many ways. So don’t be afraid to face that big pink elephant in the room and provide healing to the one thing you’ve tried to escape. You’ll never get rid of it until you do. And this weekend under the final hours of the New Moon is the perfect time to face the darkness and welcome the new light into your life.

The New Moon is best used for personal growth, healing and blessing of new projects or ventures. It’s also a good time to cleanse and consecrate new tools and objects you wish to use during rituals, ceremonies or an up coming festival.  ~ Working With The Moon on PagansPath.com

Use your beliefs and practices to heal your soul deep within your being. Let your magik take you to new heights where the pain no longer causes you harm or worry. Use all the tools in your box to defeat the old demons, create the new abilities and toast to your new successes. You already know what the issue is. Now allow your higher spiritual self show you what the answer is for forgiveness, healing and finally letting it go and putting it to rest. By Sunday you’ll be raising the glass in a toast and celebrating your new found success!
