Don’t let anger blind your judgement. Lower the swords and end the battle. Today is a time to come together and put the fight to rest. Enough has been lost and the time has come to bring peace and compassion to your domain. Be in the moment and revel in the change that’s present in your day. Share a hug and show your love to those on your path.

Victory can only be achieved through peace and tranquility. Others will go out of their way to push your buttons today. Don’t let your instinct to become angry cloud your judgement. The swords of war will cross both ways and can damage both sides equally.

Recognize the passion and perspectives of the other side. That doesn’t mean you have to agree. But allow their views to exist in their moment. You can’t “make” others change and see things your way. But with love and compassion you release their hate and walk away from their manipulation to force you into their view.

Don’t allow their staunch criticism become your baggage. But don’t allow their hate to jade your personality or your character. You have more to lose on your path of change than they have to gain from forcing you into a battle you don’t need to be in.

It’s better to walk away with compassion and kindness than it is to stand still and argue. You won’t gain their approval, or change their mind. This is not a fight you can win and there’s no reason to try. Today and through the weekend, walk your talk. Stay on your journey toward peace and enlightenment. The storm clouds will pass and the light will come back to your path. Open your heart to compassion and show love in the toughest situations. Forgive, heal and let go. In the end, the only role you need to play is the one you’re striving to walk with love. Break the old habits and start walking your talk!
