You control the energy that feeds your path and keeps it lit for your travels ahead. If those you encounter support the positive aspects of your mindset, then spend a little time with them. If they don’t, walk away and distance yourself from the negativity today.

When those around you have lost faith, does that mean you have to act as they do? Should you allow their frustrations and darkness to cover your path and cause you to lose your way? There’s a difference between showing compassion and commiserating with those who are defeated.

You’ve already been there and worked hard to get out of the hole. You don’t have to take on their energy to show them compassion and let them know you understand how they feel. In fact, it’s better if you shine your light and help them out of the ditch they have dug for themselves. Be the example of what can happen when you nurture the dreams and have faith you’re going to make it.
