The baskets are filling up and you can relax a little bit. The big stress has lifted, but there’s still some work to be done. October brought about big changes that might have you finally believing “We’re really going to be ok”. Don’t let the moment of relaxation pass you by without a little recognition. You need to celebrate the little moments, because the big ones don’t come around that often.
Everyone has their standards and limits. What’s needed for you to believe you’re going to be ok, is different from what someone else might need. But if you don’t take a moment to acknowledge even the little gains you’ve made, you might exhaust your energy trying to manifest the big goals.
Life rarely turns on a dime. Rather you make headway one small step at a time and before you know it, you’ve climbed the side of an entire mountain. But that means you need to stop on the way up, find a place to sit, relax and re-energize in order to continue the journey.
Think of this moment as one of those small plateaus where you can share a little celebration with those closest to you and see how far you’ve come. You’ve worked hard. You’ve made changes that weren’t easy to make. You’ve endured and fought for what’s yours and you’ve won a lot of those battles.
Part of overcoming the struggle is taking time to acknowledge the little wins along the way. The war isn’t quite over yet. So keep what you’ve gained in reserve. It’s not the time to go on an elaborate vacation and buy the house a drink. Hold onto those dreams for April. Over the next 4 months stay frugal. Keep your abundance and prosperity in reserve and rebuild your coffers so you have that emergency nest-egg if needed in the coming months.
For now, take a deep breath and let go of some of that heavy burden you’ve carried on your shoulders for so long. Things have indeed changed for the better. You can actually see it now, but more importantly, you can feel it too. Pat yourself on the back. Now when someone tells you,” you’re going to be ok”, you can believe it! Allow your success to energize you as you complete the tasks that take you over the mountain top. The struggles won’t be as hard, or as heavy.
If you take time to recognize and celebrate the little battles won, you’ll see the tasks forward are much smaller and easier to overcome. Buy yourself a happy balloon, treat yourself to a scoop of your favorite ice cream, or go for a walk at your favorite park or place and get back out into the world for a little bit. The path ahead is down hill and you’ll guide the way with ease from here on out.
