Many are feeling drained in all areas of mind/body/spirit. It has been a trying week on all levels, but much work has been accomplished. You’ve made it through, now it’s time to relax. Spend the afternoon soaking up some sun, floating in the water, or simply sitting in a park and watching the world move about. Allow your stress to leave your body, relax for the remainder of the weekend and escape the day to day grind. You deserve it!
It’s important to escape the stress of life now and then. If for no other reason than to replenish your energy to fight again another day. This weekend take time for YOU and relax. Failing to do so will cause you to worry yourself sick.
Spend the afternoon with good friends and enjoy some much needed down time. Share a meal, a bottle of wine or just relax on the porch or deck and soak in the calm serenity of nature around you. This weekend is a great time to journey to a park and walk through the trees, or sit on a bench and watch the birds play. Find something that you will enjoy to take your mind off the stresses of this past week. Boost your energy with some light meditation. Watch a good movie or read a good book. Let your mind wander through dreams and desires and truly escape the worry for a few days.
