Your intentions are what’s key in the art of magik.

Your intent defines and infuses the energy you put out and what you get in return. But none of us are alone in this world. When you express energy to attain something, you are merging your intention with that of others involved in the situation. One is not more “powerful” or “weaker” than the other. They merge together and move forward with a pattern of energy that can predict the probable outcome of an event based on choices we’ve made.

If your intention is pure, but theirs is not, the Divine Universe has a way of balancing out the situation to keep you from facing issues or hardships that you don’t deserve. Sometimes that means we don’t always get what we “want”. And while it may not feel like it at the time, that’s probably a good thing and a blessings we won’t find out about until later. If at all. So there’s no need to dwell on the situation. Rather chalk it up to an exercise that’s preparing you for the real brass ring you’re really waiting to capture. Because this one wasn’t it.

There’s always many ways of doing things, especially if they’re old tasks that benefit from new technology. Your version saves time and money, so it will get noticed by those who are sponsoring your task. Be humble, but accept the accolades and let the energy give you a confidence boost. You earned it.

Additional Insight:

Don’t be afraid to make improvements on the old or normal way of doing things. Innovation comes in many forms and only requires imagination to see an alternative. In some cases you can simply update the procedures and note the benefits. In other cases, go over your ideas with those in charge and get permission to try the new methods. Use your best judgment, but be careful not to ruffle feathers.

This afternoon the reviews will be coming in and you’ll have something to celebrate with family and friends. There could even be a raise or special reward in it for you. Be careful what you ask for, somethings come with a shock attached that can knock you off your feet. The grass is always greener on the other side, because you’re too far away to see the weeds. Don’t let the warped view of others, alter your course. You  don’t see what they see, nor have you walked in their shoes. Show some compassion and try to look at things from their side. You might be trying to get to the same place.

Everyone has their view of the world around them. And even when they’re standing right next to you, what can be seen and how it’s viewed will be different. Your experiences always warp your view and no two people have gone through the exact same things in life.

You may see flaws, when they see blessings. You may see the glass half empty, when they’re excited to merely have a glass. When you can’t walk in their shoes, try to show some compassion instead of making them see things your way. Attempt to understand where they’re coming from and respond differently to their knee jerk reactions. You could be hitting a nerve that has never been able to heal. And they’re responding to those deep wounds that seriously color their view.

Take time to listen to your natural instincts, there’s a message coming your way. Remain positive and by the middle of next week, things will be looking up in your domain.

Don’t get bogged down in the negativity around you. Let the past be what it is and isolate yourself from those who want to push you back in time. Just because they can’t accept the consequences of their actions, doesn’t mean you have to allow them to pull you back into the muck and mud.

Your hands are clean and you’ve done all you can to muddle through the tragedies you’ve faced. You’ve endured and come out stronger than you went in. Keep in mind what you do today sets up your future. Don’t allow the nay-sayers to get under your skin or take you back to a situation they know nothing about.

When you set your weapons down and refuse to fight, your adversary has no other choice but to walk away. Let them think what they want about your position. You know the fight wasn’t worth the effort and there was no reason to destroy their weak ego. Always give your cornered opponent a way to save face and walk away. You can’t fight desperation.

Surround your enemy and you’ll create a no win situation for anyone. People who are desperate and have nothing left to lose will fight harder and dirtier than any other opponent. Don’t push your adversary into a corner where they have no other option but to fight back with all they have. You might win, maybe. And if you do, the tarnished reputation will be yours. Even if you’re not the one who started the fight.

Don’t let your temper drown you in a sea of anger. Burning bridges is not a good idea today. Hold your tongue and focus on your passion to keep things moving forward. Someone maybe trying to push your buttons. Don’t let them. They have ulterior motives and need you to lose control. Deep breath, stay calm and you’ll get through the day in one piece without being scorched.

Someone is going out of their way to force you into a confrontation. It’s the only way they can win their game. Don’t let them manipulate your emotions with accusations or innuendo. You’ll be giving your adversary exactly what they want.

The only way others can win their game, is if you allow their words to inflame your emotions. Be in control of your own destiny and rise above their pettiness. They’re not in the right here and you know that. So why listen to their rhetoric when they can’t prove anything in the first place?

They need you to blow up and become irrational. They need others to see how “out of control” you really are so their story will appear to hold water. But consider all the hard work you’ve put in over the past year to create a peaceful new future. Peace is hard. But it lasts longer and it’s certainly more cost-effective. Manage your emotions and don’t get dragged into a war you don’t need and can’t afford.

Letting others manipulate your emotions shows weakness and the lack of control over your own thoughts and views. It’s easy to spin words to inflame others to do your battle for you. It’s hard to inspire and create excitement for peace through negotiation and compromise.

Right now there are great battles waging around you as others are using fear as a weapon to get what they want. Don’t allow their fear of losing something dictate your journey forward. Be mindful of your shallow thoughts and how you judge situations based on appearances. There’s more to every person and situation than what’s on the surface. Beauty that’s only skin deep will not be there when you need help or someone to lean on. Sometimes you need to break your mold of what’s perfect in order to discover the ideal person or situation.
